Remarks :

My suggestion to the college is simple. They should invest in providing basic training to students to enhance their soft skills and personal development. College staff should give respect to individual student rather than trying to point out mistakes. They all should be supportive to achieve greater heights. Overall college is good in studies, making good study atmosphere but in many ways force students to come college on weekends and holidays which is impacting their overall development. I wish TIT to do something new and creative.

Entrance Preview :

I took MP PET/AIEEE.

Course Curriculum Overview :

RGPV courses are not upto date with the current demand and trend in the current world they are outdated and lack of creativity.

Placement Experience :

Job opportunities are good not the best but students from this college will ultimately get good jobs in the market after passing out if they are not selected in campus.

College Events :

Various technical festivals, freshers day celebration, farewell to seniors all good experience.

Campus Life :

Students from this college lack in soft skills and excellent in technical skills.

Alumni/Alumna :

College staff should be more cooperative to students in achieving their goals.

Exam Structure :

RGPV exam structure is irrelevant in many ways. Rather than being focused on quality the exam is based on quantity.

Faculty :

Faculties are excellent and college is very serious in providing the best professors to students.

From 4th year onwards. The companies visited till now are ConsultAdd, Decode, Gammastak, Daffodil, TCS Digital, And next is Capgemini and Wipro. The highest package till now is 20 Lpa. And the average is 4. But many of my colleges till now are been placed in TCS Digital with a package of 7.5. 95% of the students from CS, IT are placed every year. By joining the company in which I got placed or if scored good marks in gate then I will continue with my further studies by doing Mtech.

LNCT GROUP OF COLLEGES is one the best college in MP as compare to other private colleges it is affiliated with RGPV . Experience Technology at OIST.

Remarks:

I had a little trouble in my first year when I had to stand in a long line to submit my fees. From 2nd year (2013) onward, the only mode of depositing fees is now restricted to online fee payment which saves a lot of time and brings up more transparency.
