Remarks :
The College is good in every aspect from placement to studies. Its just that it hikes fees anytime and you have to pay it without any choice. College provides bus facilities and every other facility to help you get placed if you are willing to pay money. Every semester a big miscellaneous fee is added under different names like training etc.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Semester wise course and 1st year with a building base structure which needs you to learn every stream a little and after that you get entry in your specific branches. Follows rgpv University syllabus.
Placement Experience :
In terms of placement there are several companies ranging package from 3-5 lacs and selection rate is also decent every year. Many big companies such as infosys tcs cognizant visit for placements. Small companies also visit for placement. No internship is provided rather certifications are provided which are from big companies and help you to get placed. Some big companies such as goldman sachs and byjus come for a great package like 12 lacs per annum but select very few students. A dedicated training and placement cell is also present which works independently and is treated as a separate College which works with management and conducts classes for aptitude verbal and programming languages.
College Events :
College holds a techfest every year which has different competition ranging from robo wars to go kart championship. Culturat fests such as holi and annual function is also celebrated in a vast manner.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fee Structure is feasible as compared Colleges in other states. The only problem with fee structure is that the College imposes a lot of extra fees in the name of miscellaneous fees, training and fines which is very problematic.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Government scholarships and bank approved loans are the only way for financial help. No help from College in terms of scholarship or loan. There are tfw seats under which 20% of the students only pay the bus fee and miscellaneous fee (which is quite hectic). That too is orders of government.
Campus Life :
Great labs are present in College and no special sports facilities available. Only the College gives the slot to perform. If you have talent you can participate and can go to nodal and regional levels.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel rooms are very great and security is also good but is very expensive so choose to live outside the College. Has a decent mess and anti ragging squad is efficient in separating freshers from seniors. The hostel only accomodates 1st year student hence is very good and maintained
Alumni/Alumna :
Alumini visits are not scheduled rather sometimes there is video conferencing with aluminies. seniors are helpful though if you want to head in any competition. Guidance is given by teachers and seniors interaction is very friendly.
Admission :
As far as my admission is concerned i hadn't opted for councelling so i had a direct interview scheduled which was just discussing the College and fee structure. Admission process is simple and the College is very eager to take you in so they help in every way from picking you up from your home in a four wheeler and giving you tours to College.
Faculty :
Faculty is great and is very professional in terms of lectures. Faculty is also very friendly in nature and as you get ahead in classes you get more blended with faculties which is a very good point because you get to discuss and take every possible help if you are in their good books.
