Remarks :

Lead college is ranked 2nd in Kerala and it got a fantastic placement record of 100% every year. It is a residential college The campus and staffs are really friendly and it is a student-run campus which allow all to know lot about the ground-level reality of the market. LEAD believes in learning by doing which gives the students hands-on experience on what we are studying and what recruiting companies are expecting of us. The most interesting fact about the college is that it has no gate and security students got complete freedom. LEAD is an Experience that no student should miss.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The faculty members are extremely friendly and they are the mentors that will guide you not only when you are in college but also even after you pass out of college. The specialty of the college is that before you make up your mind about which specialization to choose they conduct a series of 3 fests which is so prestigious and unique aspect of LEAD these events will be conducted by Marketing (MACWAR), Finance (FEDCL), HR (LHAC) departments respectively and this will help the students decide which is their cup of tea.

Class Size : 198Course Fees : INR 300000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

LEAD is keen on sending students to internships college has made it mandatory for all students to go for at least 1 internship. The college will provide internship opportunities and students are also free to look for internships in their interested companies and areas.

Placement Experience :

LEAD has a 100% placement record in the amidst of covid crisis also college has placed a good number of students now itself LEAD also promotes Entrepreneurship there is a separate club for this and all assistance will be given to all the students who has innovative ideas to start a business.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

6 lakhs is the entire fee of the course which include all expense (Course fee, Hostel fee, Mess FEE, Value-added course fee, etc), not an additional penny will be collected from students other than Fines.

Campus Life :

There as 3 fests that are exclusively for the students of LEAD (MACWAR, FEDCL, LHAC). There are also many other events conducts for others colleges iLEAD is one of such events which is fully conducted by the students of LEAD for all other colleges inside and outside of KERALA. All classes have A/c and there is a gym swimming pool and adequate ground facilities and there are clubs like Toastmasters Rotaract and JCI available in college.

Hostel Facilities :

LEAD is a residential college it is mandatory for all students to be in a hostel. The rooms will be shared by 3 members. The college canteen is run by students itself so there is no compromise on the quality of the food.

Hostel Fee : INR 72000 per year

Interview Experience :

Admission will be based on a valid entrance score and after attending ULEAD which is an admission process directly done by the director of the college. With the corona issues, the admission process is also available in online mode.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester, students are eligible for campus placements. The companies include federal bank ICICI Bank, Turn B, DHL, Reliance, Kellogg's, and Kimji Ramdas. The highest package was done by Kimji Ramdas for around 21 lakhs per annum. Around 90% of students are placed. My plan is to get placed after the completion of the course.

From 4th semester, students become eligible for placements ie; at the beginning of second year itself . Students are eligible with a CGPA of 7 for most of the companies visiting Amrita School of Business, Kochi. Most of the banks like Federal Bank, South Indian Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI BANK etc comes for placement. Also PWC, Deloitte, BNY Mellon etc comes for placement. Placement Experience:

There are 6 semesters in total and the placement drives starts in the month of November. The students should have above 4.8 CGPA out of 8 to become eligible for the placements. The current average CTC is 8.10 and as of now above 60 companies have visited our campus. The college had 100% placement in the previous year and likely to have the same in the current year. Admission:

My admission was done on the basis of entrance mode. I took the CAT exam and scored 76%. So I was eligible for the admission. Oh! I almost forgot I filled out the application form online from the official website of the Calicut University and then my application was shortlisted.

Placement Experience:

The placement provided by our college was overall good. The placement cell from my college was very active and provided a lot of placement opportunities by inviting familiar companies like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, etc. Our college has an average percentage of 30% and above rate in placement.
