Course Curriculum Overview :
The only best thing about this college is its course curriculum and strictness towards academics. It is compulsory to maintain 85% attendance. Our college will make you competitive, which will help you in your academic life forever. Our college follows the syllabus of IIITH.
Internships Opportunities :
As I'm in 1st year so I can't tell about placement clearly, but according to seniors many of them got very good internships and we have 3 students selected for GSOC too which is too much for a new college.
Placement Experience :
Placements are quite good here. As it is a new IIIT, it's performing far better than other IIITs. This year, placements were 100% as told by our college. The highest salary package offered was around 44 LPA, and it was provided by Amazon Luxembourg. The average salary package offered in CSE is 12 LPA, and for ECE, it is 8 LPA.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees are a bit high. They take 1.25 lakh as tution fees per semester. Total 3.1 lakh per year and 10% increment per year in fees but you will get the loan facility up to 7.5 lakh. The scholarship is available I think.
Campus Life :
It is a budding college, it has its own campus, which is still under construction. However, it will be ready soon, maybe in 2023. Labs are good, and the classrooms are good. There are sports clubs for cricket and volleyball. There are photography clubs also. I suggest you not expect much from here as it is a budding college.
Hostel Facilities :
Two buildings of the hostel are completed and the rest is under construction so they have rented accommodation too. 3BHK flat for 7 students and two students for 1 hostel room. I haven't visited my college yet because of covid so I can't tell exact about hostels.
Interview Experience :
The admission process is the same as for other NITs through the common joint entrance exam that is JEE. Cut off is 12000 for OBC for Computer Science Engineering. HC Verma is more than enough for prep of physics and NCERT for Chem.
