Value for Money & Time. Helps in Overall Personality Development.

Remarks :

Banaras Hindu University is a very reputed institute and has a great faculty as well as a strong Alumni and placement team. Other than this the R.O.I is very good as compared to other colleges offering a similar course. The fee structure is very affordable and it's not a huge burden for people opting for MBA, generally, people take have to take huge loans to pay their college fee.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Strong faculty base of diverse, qualified and experienced faculty. A good teacher-student ratio of almost 1:8. The term exams are of quite a moderate difficulty level mostly seeking concepts and their application.

Internships Opportunities :

This is a two years on-campus program, with a fee structure of almost 2.2 lakh for the complete course. The hostel facility is available and is very good in all terms. Some several cultural fests and programs add quality and chance to learn more from everyone and is mostly focussed on the all-round development of the students.

Placement Experience :

Placements are quite good. Good placement team and alumni support are there. Various old and new companies hire along with several start-ups. The placement is almost 90-100 percent and an average package of 6-7 L/annum.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is quite economical, around Rs. 45,000 per semester and a total of 2.2 lakh. Several state and national scholarships are also available which could be used by the students seeking economical help.

Campus Life :

This is the most awesome part as there are so many fests and cultural activities of social as well as religious importance. The library is food containing several books and journals with hard copies as well as online availability which can be accessed by the computer systems available in the library.

Hostel Facilities :

Rooms are quite medium in size with the bed, table and other facilities. Water cooler, water purifier, proper electricity and water supply is present. Guard is available for the hostels. Very affordable hostels with good infrastructure along with playing area.

Interview Experience :

G.D and P.I along with entrance test are mandatory. 1st we have to qualify for a written test and after being shortlisted we are called for G.D and P.I where several topics from diverse areas like economics, current issues etc. are provided.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd semester of the course, students become eligible for final placements. ISAB is maintaining 100% final and summer internship placements since its inception and we are looking forward to maintaining the record. The placement cell is very active and supports students in their campus placement ventures.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course of agribusiness because like after BSc in agriculture you can go for MSc in agriculture or MBA in agribusiness. I don't want to prepare for Ph.D. in the government sector so there is a better scope of an MBA in the private sector rather than an MSc in agriculture. Another reason for doing MBA is placement. The placement ratio of MBA students is better than m.sc students and salaries are also good. Another reason is in the private sector and MBA degree holders will get better promotions than average MSc degree holders. On my campus, there are 46 students in MBA agribusiness and 7 to 80% of them will surely get a minimum package of 350000 and a maximum package of 8 lacs. The guest faculty of MBA agribusiness is quite good. There are some teachers who are not as good as others but there is a 100% guarantee of course completion. Semester exams are not quite easy or too difficult if you will focus a little bit on your studies you will easily get pass. Semester exams are delayed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The trimester exam was there and it is pretty difficult to pass and have very good projects to work on plus the faculty is very good for finance. I am fortunate to be here. All the faculty is doctorate who are teaching plus have a very wide range of practical experience and links at big companies. The faculty is approachable. The college is very regular in respect of course and exam schedule. The course provides in-depth knowledge and exposure to students to real-life problems.

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for internships in any semester but for jobs, they are eligible by their end year only. Companies like Wipro, Paytm, Byjus, HSBC bank, Amazon visits the campus in the management department and almost 65 percent of the students get internship easily based on their skills. And for jobs, the highest package in management was 12 lakhs per annum and the average is 4 to 5 lakhs per annum.
