Way towards becoming true Manager

Remarks :

The admission process to date is taken by BHU PG Entrance followed by GD+PI. The reason for choosing this college is the best ROI in terms of comparison with any other institutions. Also being a part of BHU is itself a matter of pride and rest other thing is also too good whatever it may be whether placements or teaching by faculties. Before choosing the college I too had many queries related to the college but really Quora, Collegedunia, Shiksha etc. help me out.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because it provides me with the best platform where I want to see myself in the next couple of years. The faculty-student ratio as of now is approx. 1:7. What to say about faculties qualifications they all are just outstanding. One can't doubt this they are guiding beacon for the course as well as for the life. Term exams occur on time as per exam calendar there is approx no any delay in that. What to say about difficulty level basically depends on your preparations.

Internships Opportunities :

Almost 100% of Students get Internship from college in various companies like DCM Shriram, Pan seeds, Bajaj Capital, Sinochem, Syngenta, Bayer's, Banas dairy, Dehaat and many more. Some of the companies provide stipend though some don't. Some Companies also provides PPO's.

Placement Experience :

Placements are good almost all students get placed in top companies and at reputed posts. Companies that visit our campus includes SBI Life insurance, Ujjivan Bank, ICICI Bank and it's subsidiaries, Bandhan Bank, L&T finance, Gyan diary, Matrix, Dhanuka and many more. The average package includes 6-7 LPA.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee is almost approx 120000 per annum. I can't say more about the fee hike policy because the fee is almost the same for the last couple of years. And the overall cost of study may include 3 lakhs including everything i.e fee, hostel, other expenses but it may differ to everybody depending on their needs & wants. Talking about scholarship yes college verifies every type of scholarship you fill but it depends on you where are you from and what type of scholarship your state government & central government is providing. For eg. the UP govt has a separate scholarship scheme and they pay students huge money approx 80% of the total cost but the Bihar govt has no any separate kind of any scheme so Bihar students have to rely on the NSP of the central government.

Campus Life :

The various events and programme conducted by students of BHU such as Bhumma for Alumnae, Unnayan, Pratispardha ( Sports events )and many more. There is all time availability of books and journals in the library.

Hostel Facilities :

Almost all standard facilities are provided in the hostel room. The quality of the meal is satisfactory in comparison to others. The registration process for the hostel start at the time of admission only and it affordable to all.

Interview Experience :

Yes, the examination process includes a written test followed by GD + PI. The topics for GD may include any topic related to current affairs, burning issues or any other case studies related also. The interview process checks your personality, the way of behaviour and knowledge about yourself and really about current affairs related to the stream. One must be aware of what thing is changing related to that.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd semester of the course, students become eligible for final placements. ISAB is maintaining 100% final and summer internship placements since its inception and we are looking forward to maintaining the record. The placement cell is very active and supports students in their campus placement ventures.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course of agribusiness because like after BSc in agriculture you can go for MSc in agriculture or MBA in agribusiness. I don't want to prepare for Ph.D. in the government sector so there is a better scope of an MBA in the private sector rather than an MSc in agriculture. Another reason for doing MBA is placement. The placement ratio of MBA students is better than m.sc students and salaries are also good. Another reason is in the private sector and MBA degree holders will get better promotions than average MSc degree holders. On my campus, there are 46 students in MBA agribusiness and 7 to 80% of them will surely get a minimum package of 350000 and a maximum package of 8 lacs. The guest faculty of MBA agribusiness is quite good. There are some teachers who are not as good as others but there is a 100% guarantee of course completion. Semester exams are not quite easy or too difficult if you will focus a little bit on your studies you will easily get pass. Semester exams are delayed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The trimester exam was there and it is pretty difficult to pass and have very good projects to work on plus the faculty is very good for finance. I am fortunate to be here. All the faculty is doctorate who are teaching plus have a very wide range of practical experience and links at big companies. The faculty is approachable. The college is very regular in respect of course and exam schedule. The course provides in-depth knowledge and exposure to students to real-life problems.

Students can apply for internships in any semester but for jobs, they are eligible by their end year only. Companies like Wipro, Paytm, Byjus, HSBC bank, Amazon visits the campus in the management department and almost 65 percent of the students get internship easily based on their skills. And for jobs, the highest package in management was 12 lakhs per annum and the average is 4 to 5 lakhs per annum.
