Remarks
The admission process of Dr. Gaur Hari Singhania Institute of Management and Research was based on the score of the Entrance Examination. I was selected for the Group Discussion and interview process based on my CAT Score. I shortlisted the college for an interview and Group Discussion based on certain parameters. The very first being - the location and PGDM Curriculum. Being the resident of Kanpur, I was getting benefits in terms of opting to study in Management College, holding a good rank among Business Schools. The curriculum provided Managerial Insights that were intensive and were taken up by faculty carrying dynamic experience in their field of specialization. Second, after having a discussion with College Alumni, I was ensured that placements are satisfactory. One needs to upskill with the corporate requirements alongside the teaching inputs from the faculty, to avail better opportunities for placement.
