College management is not good. They only work for money.

Entrance Preview :

RPET, my score is good enough to take admission in this college. I appeared for RPET in 2007 so i forgot my score. I heard from many students about this college only three colleges were in Jodhpur and Marwar is one of them. I heard about JIET, but this is not a college according to many students.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Here studied RTU syllabus and research is up to you if you have to do something just carry on, on your own. Teacher will help you definitely just meet regularly. There is no attendance problem. Reach on lab is priority you will learn in lab as well as in Lectures.

Internships Opportunities :

I don't know about internship very well. But some companies came here offered job to applicants. If a student want to internship he will do in any company where he wants college will provide some facility.

Placement Experience :

Placements and job opportunities will totally depends on Training and Placement Officer if a Training and Placement Officer have terms with company then a campus recruitment is organised and every student who fulfill company criteria can take part in Group discussion and Interview.

College Events :

In a year only one event is celebrated name HORIZON. This is seven days event in college campus.various activities held like cricket volleyball, badminton, chess, carom, poster making, antakshri, song competition, dance competition, drama etc full on.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is not very hectic fee will collected according to Rajasthan Technical University. According to 2007 total fee of one year excluding hostel fee is 45000+7000, 45000 for course, 7000 for bus facility, hostel fee should be 30000 one year and for hostelers bus facility is free of cost.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

scholarship will provided to needy students college will help in this matter and no loan facility is provided by college.

Campus Life :

Gender is not good 100:40 boy to girl. because in Jodhpur many college started girl engineering college so girls take admission in girls college. Extracurricular like lab not given to any student for work if somebody want to work in lab then student have to face Head of Department. if HOD allow then nobody interfere. sports competitions will organised once in a year. no robotics, no debate.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel room is sharing between two. In summer cooler facility is available. Mess food is average. There is no PG in college campus but hostel facility is not compulsory for students. TV facility is also available and after college time students in evening can play in college premises.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Senior are helpful. Senior always encouraged for something extra. There is no alumni network. This is very sad thing about this college. If a senior will meet anywhere he will talk always.

Exam Structure :

Exam structure is in a semester two times MID TERM according to Rajasthan Technical University. MID TERM marks will be sent to University at the end of semester out of 20 and 80 marks exam held at the end of semester and center for this main exam is out of college in any other college.

Faculty :

All faculty have excellent knowledge of field area. They teach your syllabus almost 75% but syllabus is not a problem. You will learn after one year how to study. All faculty members are cooperative and they will solve your problem related to syllabus or will give knowledge on extra things like research, project etc.

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

MY CURAJ

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course I am studying right now is biomedical engineering, this course is not that famous among engineering students, but this course a lot of power, it is different from any other engineering courses, I found this course very interesting and in the upcoming years this course is gonna be a masterpiece says my teachers. The curriculum certainly helds a lot of workshops which help students interact with the teachers and each other and increase there communication skill and analytical thinking, they give students the opportunity to organise the events to boost up there confidence and prepare them for real world. I would suggest to introduce more interdisciplinary courses such as data science with humanities or environmental science with policy studies. The frequency is like there are 2 continuous assessment per semester and end semester examination at the end of the semester, I think it's quite good the internal assessment helps learn the difficulty of the course.

Companies started visiting campus and hiring students from the 7th semester. Many companies like Infosys, Walmart, Cisco, Goldman Sachs, Flipkart, and Wipro come every year to hire students from CS, IT, and other BTech branches. Placement Experience:

JECRC provides a lot of opportunities but it is totally us how we grab those opportunities. This year over 2000+ students got campus placements and the companies who took our students were Amazon, Cisco ISRO TCS, etc. Many students were placed in Amazon with 44 LPA which was a great achievement for JECRC.
