Remarks :

Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University is a good college and is located in the capital city of Gujarat. The college has a vast lush green campus of 100 acres and have many big buildings inside it. It was in my list while taking admissions.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Most of the teachers here are knowledgeable and experienced, but some are just not up to the mark. But I think it is the same situation in many more colleges and also high-level colleges. If you want to join here, I would really suggest you to join without any doubt. The college gives us good industrial exposure through internship.

Class Size : 65Course Fees : INR 800000 per year

Placement Experience :

Many big companies come in the college to recruit students. Almost 70% of the students got placed from the computer engineering course this year. It was the first placement session in this course, so it is awesome. The highest salary package offered was around 10 LPA-12 LPA, whereas the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. The average salary package offered was somewhere around 4 LPA-5 LPA.

College Events :

Facilities and infrastructure offered by PDPU are quite great, and its infrastructure is among the best compared to other colleges of Gujarat. I have not stayed in the hostel, so I don't have much idea about it. But the food served in the mess is above average, and I think you would not regret the food which you are going to eat. Pdpu also hosts various events and has many clubs to take part in.

Life at IIT Gandhinagar

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are offered in third year for internships and fourth year for jobs. Barclays, Infosys,TCS, Deloitte and they offer a lot of opportunities. For my branch that is computer science the average package is approximately 30000 and highest package 82000 CTC. In our branch 95 percent of the students are placed. My plans after getting the degree is to get placed in a good company at a good position.
