Remarks :

I choose to attend this college as Nalanda College Of Engineering Chandi is one of the TEQIP based College & because of my interest and there I can go for govt jobs as well as private jobs. Admission Process is as simple you have to Attend JEE MAIN exam and secure a better rank according to your category. Then register on BCECE website for Direct Counselling Process. That generally schedules in June-July month every year. As NCE Chandi is TEQIP based college so the infrastructure and facilities available in my college is excellent. Regular labs and classes, 24*7 WI-FI. All the Faculties are well qualified and helpful. They teach us and provide the best learning in my opinion. Almost 20% of students get selected for placements every year in Mechanical Engineering.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because of my interest in mechanical things like working of Engines and many more. There are 40 professors in my college and all are well educated. All the faculties are gate exam qualified and the way they teach us is excellent. All the exams are held on time as per semester and if you will do hard work on study then definitely you will pass easily.

Internships Opportunities :

The placement team of the college helps the students in getting the best internships. you can do internship off-campus as well as on campus. you can go to any NIT/IIT college affiliated with TEQIP project for internship. Overall best performance in an internship.

Placement Experience :

Generally from 5th-semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit like TCS, HCL, INFOCOMM etc for placements. They offer 2-3 LPA package generally. That's good for Bihar engineering. 20% of students get selected in campus placements. I will do M.TECH after my degree from any IIT college.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

If you belong to the Unreserved category then you will have to pay 6900 per year and for SC/ST students fess is 3900 per year. You can apply for a NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM for scholarship and a STUDENT CREDIT CARD for education loan. There are various companies that visit our college every year for Job at a campus like TCS, HCL etc.

Campus Life :

Campus and social life are very entertaining and enjoyable. There are many techfest like ATISHA, ALUMNI etc. There is a library also where you can get a lot of books to read and learn new things. there are sufficient classrooms for students. There are several sports facilities like a basketball court, cricket ground, football ground, tennis, badminton and indoor sports like table tennis, GYM and many more also there.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostels are always kept clean and there are only non AC rooms for triple bed and double bed. Neat and clean mess facilities and long mess timing so that every student can go according to their preferred timing. There are separate building for the girl's hostel. There is a 24*7 WI-FI, electricity and water.

Hostel Fee : INR 42000 per year

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college are pretty much decent. Students become eligible for campus placements in the 7th semester. Students from here have been admitted to many giant companies like Google, Amazon, PayTM, L&T Constructions, Aditya Birla group, etc. Some of the students don't go for campus placements and they either go for higher studies like Mtech, PhD or go for preparation of Government Jobs like IAS, IES,ESE,etc.

The new startup and some sells companies perform placement exams in the college. The highest package is 1900000 LPA in swiggy from CSE department and low package is 400000 LPA in purple. Facilities members are good. The course will take 4 yrs total to complete b.tech and every branch 60 students are these. This means a total of 240 students in four branches and after 5 to 6 months you have to take an exam.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement after the 5th sem. A lot of services and core companies visit here like Alstom, TCS, HCl, Infosys, etc. Alstom offered 7.2 LPA to 15 students. Last year more than 50 percent of the students were placed. The placement is 100% in its branch. I am planning for higher education.
