Remarks :

First of all the college is located in the city (Hyderabad) very few colleges are located in the city and Nawab Shah Alam Engg college is one of them. Nawab Shal Alam Engg college is since 2008 which means this college is 11yrs old. It has kept its reputation maintain all these years. The college has 5 acres campus with 50,000 sqt build-up area. The faulty such as teachers, principals, h.o.d, pupils etc. All are very helpful and supportive. The teachers are well qualified and experienced. This college provides a no. of courses for the UG, PG and polytechnic students.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course I choose was cse-ds that is computer science enggering+data science because I wanted to be a computer engg. The class teacher was very supportive and helpful to the students. The teacher handles 60 students in the class. The qualification of the teachers 70-80% is mastered and the rest 20% are PhD done. Their teaching method was the awsome they used to explain again and again until the student dont understand. They dont let you to memorise word by word they explain you the chapters physical whenever needed. But some of the teacher's methods are not understandable and unliked by the students. There are 2 semesters every year. First exam in the mid of the year and second exam at the end of the year. The exams are very difficult. The difficulty of the exam increases each year the student promotes to another class.

Placement Experience :

The eligibility for the placement is 3yr engg. Many companies come to visit the college such as Amazon, cisco, infosis, IBM, byjus, uber, Oyo, topper, google etc. Approx 30 companies visit the college with no. of offers. The highest offered is 25lakhs package by amazon. And averages 2 lakhs by so many companies. 40-60 % students get placement.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The total fees of the year are 70000rs. For university fees 15,000rs. For books 5000rs approx (depends on the student which he buys old or new). So grand total 90000rs. But I got a scholarship through eamcet so I have to just pay 15,000rs for the university fees and books 5000rs so total 20,000rs. I have no financial assistance and no job by the campus untill now.

Campus Life :

The annual fest is the most awaited event of the year. This fest is done every year in May. This fest contains food stalls, games with which the participants can win amazing prices. The library has a verity of books from history, science, geography etc. The students can have books to home for rent. The library also has computers for using e-books. Total of 130 seats are availabe in the library. The class is very clean and nice. The desk and chairs are nice. The class has 60 seats and there is 6 fans and 2 big windows. This college is well know for sport activities in the city.

Remarks:

Infrastructure and the teaching of the college is really nice and beautiful atmosphere and the labs and innovation centres are really nice and i am very glad to be studying in this college. I t will be good for the poor students to study.
