Course Curriculum Overview :

1) My JEE rank was not so good that can provide NIT atleast then By seeing ranking in Wbjee college list, I found an autonomous college with good reputation about placement, attendance ratio and there is no special uniform for college 2) Course syllabus is updated,Some facilities are good and some are worst. You will mostly use books or online stuff for study. As our library is best, you will find many book online and offline too, there is also digital library which is very helpful

Placement Experience :

Good number of students were placed. They notify us about it with every detail required and have a prep class to tackle gd and interview Q

College Events :

They are good. We have departmental fests apart from the regular college fest. The inter college fest is grand 2 day fest with students from various colleges participating whereas the intra college fest is for only college students. They cash prizes as well for the inter college fest

A Brief Review of My College (New Horizon College of Engineering)

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our college (NHCE) is affiliated to VTU but it's autonomous college. I like mechanical engineering and my father is also a mechanical engineer which inspired me to mechanical engineering. It is a bit outdated, expect more applications of the concepts. As I said we have exams every month, the frequency is good and the difficulty of exams I mid to easy range.

Experience at new horizon.

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester onwards students are eligible for the placement. Alots of companies like VISA,IBM,Accenture etc2 visited our college. The highest package recorded as of 2023 was from VISA offering 32.2 lakhs. 90 percent of the students get placed. After I get my degree I will work for awhile in the corporate world and starting up my own business on the side.

Life in DSU

Course Curriculum Overview:

I didn't choose this course for any specific reason. My brother is a doctor and he told me this is a nice field. So I was like why not. Each year is set specifically that one needs knowledge from the previous year to understand what's going on now. Exams are not very difficult as in if you have a basic idea from the beginning about what is going on, you can study in the end and pass easily. This is strictly my experience.
