Remarks :

One of the best colleges in the state for bcom. Experienced teachers. A very good college compound with almost all the facilities. Idle location in the city so that everyone has an easy access to college Provides a good study environment for the students

Course Curriculum Overview :

Faculties in the college is very bossy type. we are not able to open with most of them. they only try to implement the rules conveyed by the management. We don't have much exposure to college activities.

Class Size : 67Course Fees : INR 130000 per year

Placement Experience :

Usually students don't adopt for any jobs after bcom. there are internship programs but students usually don't adopt for them. they usually adopt for higher studies

College Events :

There is no campus life in rajagiri. It's just go, study and come back. It is not like a college at all. we all are treated like school students. All are very much forced to follow the rules and regulations. Boys need to shave daily and need to cop up with navy haircut.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I don't think college is providing with any loan facility. the only privilege college is providing that the fees can be paid in installments those who have difficulty in paying the whole amount in advance.

Campus Life :

All the infrastructure is good. we have good sports facilities and an excellent library. overall we have a good campus but the problem is that students doesnt have much access to the campus. we are just allowed to study and come back.

Hostel Facilities :

There is no college hostel. but there are many hostels nearby. I don't have any personal opinion about the hostels. But I think it's average. hostels are run by private individuals and I don't think they have a link with the college management.

Embarking on the Campus Journey: Christ College, Irinjalakuda

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm a 3rd year BCom Taxation student. I don't think that some subjects are relevant for the course. Some subjects are not required in the future. From 5th sem onwards there is an open Course subject which we have to learn and pass the exam. The open Course subject that I have received is not based on the marks that I received in my previous semester exam. And in have to go to the office to change the subject of my like later on.

My college experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

My dream is to become a accountant. So I choose this bcom with computer application course. The course structure was very nice and we can understand easily. In my opinion do more practicals . This course is therotically oriented which is not good when we go for a job. So it is better to give more practicals than theory sections. Main reason I hated the college was the exams. The college put the exam without any time gap which was very annoying

They are providing the best placements from other college. In the 2nd year of our course first they give training to us and then they give internship programms . And in the third year they make us ready for our placements. They provide best company placement to us. They are not looking our marks for selection but the attitude towards them.

Our heaven

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is based on accounts and marketing etc. There is required faculty to guide students with a HOD which means the head of the department. Faculty are supportive and motivated. Teaching is done through using teaching methods and other using other technologies like projectors etc. Exams are conducted every 6 months in between the 3 years.
