Remarks

The college is nearby and also i love to study in a college with 200 years of legacy. The college is titled as the first college in Asia started by the British missionaries.the college is situated in40 acres of land.

Course Curriculum Overview

The courses and the academic facilities are well maintained and structured. The courses in the college varies from different subjects which offers graduate and post graduate courses to students. The faculties in the college are also well trained.

Class Size: 25Course Fees: INR 3000 per year

Placement Experience

The job opportunities to the students who belong to the arts area are very limited. The students of science and commerce are getting so much opportunities regarding the campus placement.there is a career guidance cell in the college which conducts job fair

College Events

There are many management cultural fests conducted by different departments of the college.the college gives out special consideration to the students who shows interest in sports and other activities.

Campus Life

There is no free wifi provided to the students. The lab and library facilities are really good. The well maintained infrastructure of the buildings maintains itself to be the best part of the campus. The college also promotes research aspirations in students.

Placement Experience:

There is a good placement cell in RIT Kottayam. From the 6th semester onwards students got placement training and career guidance classes and there are various clubs to improve your aptitude and chances to get the job through placement. The major recruiters of the campus are Oracle, Microsoft, Allianz, MRF, IDBI Bank, Infosys IBM, TCS, VVDN, WIPRO, Suntec EXPERION etc. There is about 75 % of students get placed every year. My plan after getting the degree is to go for higher studies.

Remarks:

The hostel and college infrastructure are a little poor compared to other colleges but it is expected with the minimal fees given. There are a lot of festivals and programs and a healthy political atmosphere. The non violent conflicts between the two opposing parties lead to good development in the college.
