Remarks :

Variety of options and fields to explore of home science along with Extra Curricular activities, competitions, societies, students' Association and Fest, the locality as well as the crowd. My college is also marked as 32 in NAAF Ranking and is the best college to offer home science in South Asia.

Course Curriculum Overview :

My syllabus provides me with everything I ever wanted to study, ECA are helpful in building resume and my college leads to exposure to various eminent personalities and places which are good factors in personality development.

Internships Opportunities :

Campus ambassador for CView and I'm serving as a theatre artist

Placement Experience :

Visit to NDTV office, republic India office. ritu Kumar, Sushma seth and Chitrangada Singh are alumnae of my college.

College Events :

My campus life is exactly what I thought it to be, no doubt my college organises the best fest ever, joining societies and college union is way to fruitful. Also the teaching methods and faculty is up to the mark.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tie up with Michigan university for extraordinary students and scholarships for the same for doing MSc in any field of home science

Campus Life :

My campus is so beautiful and well built, be it bbc or amphitheater. The college has two big lawns as well, and it is all lush green all around, classes are perfectly built and well situated. Canteen is also perfect.

Hostel Facilities :

Apart from washroom facilities, I face nothing bad as such, it is just that they must modernise the Indian seats to western seats as many of the students face trouble for so, rest I am well suited in that atmosphere.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements during the final semester of M.Sc Electronics. Companies that visit Jamia are Airtel, TCS, Hitachi, Wipro, AT&T, and Samsung. All students were 100% placed in these big companies. Some who do internships in other companies were offered Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs). The highest package offered was around 5 lakhs and the average offered was around 1 lakh. I did get placed in Reliance Jio, however, I wished to study further, therefore I did a few months of work in the company and then dropped to pursue MBA.
