Remarks :

I chose cummins college because i was attracted towards the alumni,and was very well aware of the placements that were done to microsoft and goldman sachs,which were huge. The other colleges in Pune didn't offer such a good exposure. The most amazing thing was that it was autonomous, and student friendly.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The Academics is very well updated. And it gets updated every year. If there is a level of difficulty in a certain topic which is faced by every student and everybody's scores were seriously low; then there will be an updatation and from next time it won't exist or part of it depending on the importance of it. Every week there are seminars and guest lectures from the startup companies and other CEOs of their respective fields. The faculties teach you very accurate and precisely.

Placement Experience :

Shina Dhingra is a passed out of cummins college and has given two talks at moz fest at London, which is by Mozilla.

College Events :

Every event,be it a tecnical or cultural,it is celebrated with great enthusiasm. Everybody participates and the Flash mobs are always organised which are really cool. And also, every event has a theme is it is exciting to attend those and see the creativity of people.

Campus Life :

Every floor has a lab and every lab is always up to date. There is a complete floor for the librabry. there are 4 buildings in the campus. And a canteen,apart from the buildings. It would be good if I call it a cafe.

Hostel Facilities :

My hostel has a lift.It comprises of 5 floors. The ground floor has a mess. The food is so delicious.And has so many varieties. To be honest,better from home. We decide our own menus in the meetings.

Hostel Fee : INR 139000 per year

Placements are very good nearly 80% of students got placed in our college. The highest package in 2021 is 22lpa and the average package is 3.3lpa. Lots of companies visited like Infosys, capgemini and many more.

All about our college

Placement Experience:

We have wonderful placement opportunists. We had an excellent placement officer for the coordination of placement activities. A lot of companies come and recruit students across all sectors. Pre-placement training is conducted which are helpful. Companies visited-Ace Micromatic, ESDS Software Solution Pvt. Ltd., Epam, ValueLabs, sender, Hexaware Technologies, SABA, Syntel, TCS, Amazon etc. My plans after degree- if I get the good package at the time of placement then I will go with the job. If I don't get a good package then I will do MS outside India.

Remarks:

College is quite nice but it should have been bigger than present. The college ground os quite small and have only basket ball and table tennis court but there should be one big ground where students can jog and play cricket,football etc.

Best engineering college is PCMC area. And it is one of the best colleges in Pune. College is known for their placements. Thia college got "most result oriented award" in 2018. Education is good here. Students will miss good college campus as this campus is small.

Remarks:

This college is like school they will ask you to wear salwar (girl) and formal (boys) only.jeans are not allowed .you need to follow seniors instruction.Even night suit are not allowed for freshers.they need to wear salwar with pin up chuni .that's a horrible thing.
