Remarks :

St. Albert's college is an autonomous liberal arts college situated at kochi. Many courses were offered by our college. NAAC has accredited the college at 'A' level. Quality of academics and non academics facilities is high. So this drove me to take admission in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Our college update the syllabus once in 3 year. Telling about our academic activities, advantage of our college is that we dont have politics, college is more oriented to education and holistic development of students. The teachers and students relationship is good and their behavior has helped us to behave better in classrooms, labs, library etc. They have well qualified teaching experience and have great knowledge.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 3000 per year

Placement Experience :

Only few companies were visited our company. Two or three companies conducted interviews. Wipro were one of the companies. Although they were given placements for few students. Another one is an Airline company and a telecom enterprise. Only the students without arrears were eligible for placements. Placement cell is not much active in our college.

College Events :

We have all cultural and management festivals which is popular as compared to other colleges. College day is an big event that we are conducting and we have celebrities for every events. Most of the students participate in the events. Our extracurricular activities are pretty low. Even though annual events are conducted good.

Campus Life :

Our college is eco friendly and has a very good infrastructure. Classrooms, labs, library, sports are much polular. Wifi facilities is available for the students in library. We have Department of physical education for sports related activities. our library is little bit big. Mac labs and respective labs are available for science students. No any complaints related to canteen facilities. College management supports students regarding all activities.

My college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum contains a vast area of nursing aspects and they include OSKI as a new component of the nursing curriculum which prepares as well enough to face the job interviews ahead. But the time limit is so short that we find it difficult to complete the syllabus on time. As the syallabus has changed to semester system we are expected to write exams more frequently but that is good as it helps as to improve our writing skills.

Architecture is a tough and time taking course, the syllabus fine in the first three years but later on it becomes hectic. Maybe the syllabus can be reduced and I feel that five years is too long for architecture degree.

A better place for a better carrier

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course mainly because of the job opportunities. There is plenty of teaching and non-teaching staff in the college. All the teaching staff has Mastered nursing and all are very talented teachers. The teaching method is lecturing and av aids are also used by the teachers like projectors. The exams are conducted after the completion of each unit. It's an average tough exam to score good marks. The only problem is that exams will be conducted daily and the personal behavior of some staff may vary from person to person.

No campus placement is provided by college because it is a government college. After getting degree I planned to practice in Kerala high court and also wants to attempt judicial service examination. I also planned to join LLM at central University or in Canada. In Canada there are many opportunities for LLB graduates.
