Remarks :

As college is aidded one there is no particular care is taken by lectures everybody just come explains and goes and placement also not so good compared to Bangalore side colleges.

Entrance Preview :

KEA PGCET, i was interested in Communication Systems branch and want local college. Wrote Karnataka PGCET and got 2500 rank, after document verification and seat selection through online got this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum was good, as it is autonomous institute and brach subject were all set by college department only college choose elective subject which are easy for thier staff to explain and not which are helpful to students.

Internships Opportunities :

No internships came to college, so no chance of going to company for internships puspose and no stipend and colleges staff also don't allow outside to go for internships, always tell do academic final year project infront of them only by dailly coming to college, for other branch like Civil and ceramic students go near cement factories for doing internship without any stipend.

Placement Experience :

For M.Tech no companies came for placement purpose, only for Eengineering students few companies came and few time went other colleges as pooled campus to attend the interview. For ceramic branch students 90% placements and for other branch 10 % placement and for M.Tech 0% placement.

College Events :

NIRVAN only one college fest conducted every year no other fest are conduct during Dasara time they organze dandiya other then that not much fests and events are organized.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee is feasible, around 20k they take as college building fund and other fee is as like government or kea decides. As it is aidded college there is less fee compared to other private institues.

Fees and Financial Aid :

As our college got selected TEQIP facility, most of the students get stipend during M.tech time study and for Engineering studens except G.M. students other studenta get scholarship from karnataka government and loan facility from college is also available.

Campus Life :

As it is autonomous institute we need to be little strict in college if any lecture caught while we doing mischief things they scold and cut the marks during internal time and lab viva also. Only during fest time some events organized, other time no such events.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility is ok ok type, not so good and not so bad also most of the students try to get rooms near college and prefer to stay in room itself instead of college hostel. The room rent is around 2000 for single room, they share with other friends also.

Alumni/Alumna :

As for M.Tech we didn't get much suggestions from alumni, college also don't help ua to connect our alumni, so this is not good here. They will not help us outside also during interview time also in thier company.

Exam Structure :

Even though it is autonomous institute, some time question paper will be set by other college staff, out of 6 sub 2 question papers are prepared by other college staff only, exams are conducted strict and in our department valuvation also very stricy.

Faculty :

Most of the faculty get 6th pay UGC salary so there is not much pressure from institute heads. They will not take classes on time table and always scolds to students for small small mistakes also.

Placement Experience:

For MTech students, first year consists of two semesters. From the second year, internship opportunities and companies start to come in the campus. So mostly if you get internship, it'll get converted into full time jobs upon your performance. End year placements also happens but it's quite dicey. So if you want to grab the opportunity then internship is the thing. Apart from internship there are PHD options as well as 1+1 program.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course which i chose was very good and it also helped in my teaching field and the course was very interesting to do according to me. there was more focus on practical based knowledge rather than focusing on theory. all the lab facilities were given to the labs so that all the students can practically do the work. there was also very much preference given to the research initiatives in the college. there were more elective subjects given to the students to chose freely anything

Internships Opportunities:

the college did not provide any internships to the students and this internship was less during those days and so i have no correct picture about it to tell
