Remarks :

The college infrastructure is one of the main reasons for me to take admission in the college. The college campus has amazing hostels with well maintained rooms. The location is also good and less crowded as compared to other north or south campus DU colleges. I opted for CS hons in DDUC as I had heard that the faculty of computer science here in the college is one of the best among all DU colleges offering this course and I believe that my decision of taking this course here was absolutely correct.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The faculty is one of the best you'll find among all DU colleges. The course is quite suitable for students with appropriate work load. The teaching methods also include time to time seminars and discussions.

Placement Experience :

There is a good placement cell of the college which cater to the interests of the students from all courses. The placements and job opportunities are quite well defined with the course itself. The college doesn't provide any particular internships to the students. Placement WingB.com or BMS students generally get great opportunities for jobs but its not the case with science or B.A students as placements mainly come for sales or HR profiles.

College Events :

Campus life is neither too exciting nor too boring. The college has some good clubs and societies like yavanika(theatre), kalamkaar(literary), NSS, Women Development Cell, Raaga(dance society), Rhapsody(Music society). Clubs include those of photography, robotics, finance, etc. Various inter and intra college competitions and events keep on getting organised which invite all colleges of DELHI so that students don't loose out on their competitive vigour.

Campus Life :

There is a huge sports complex with all sports equipments available, a gym facility, huge 3-floors library, medical rooms, auditorium, conference rooms. The complete campus is WIFI enabled. There is a computer lab for all students as well as seperate computer labs for computer science students. All labs are equipped with best equipments. The college ground is a bit small owing to the smaller campus area but that is not a major issue.

Hostel Facilities :

Excellent infrastructure with well furnished AC rooms on twin sharing basis. The rooms are spacious with an almirah, book shelf, study table, chair, and a locker for each resident. Attached washroom and seperate balcony for each room. Other facilities provided in hostel include washing machines, fridge, microwave oven, induction, mixer, kettle, TV, iron, sports equipments such as TT table, badminton rackets, cricket kits, etc. A mini library is also opened for students.Total seats available for each hostel(girls/boys) is around 90 and admission priority is given first to those from distant parts of the country and there is some sort of course wise and year wise reservation of seats too. This can be checked on the college website.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum was to the point. Everything was explained nicely in books provided to us and faculty, teachers were very good. They were passionate about their job . I personally had no problems with timings or frequency of exams. I can't comment on areas of improvement either.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it is one such course that can never bore you. I have interest in analytical solving and problem solving. The curriculum is much more theory based and doesn't prepare the students much for real world or corporate world applications

Placement Experience:

One of the MSPs of the college is the placement records. The average stipend is 15 LPA which is commendable for colleges in this league. The summer placements went really great and the entire batch got placed within about 5-6 weeks.

Remarks:

The environment of the college speaks for itself. The student body is one of its kind and the college management is satisfactory.

Admission:

The cut offs are generated after you have registered with DU. The process is a smooth process and less time consuming. Once your documents are verified you will be admitted to the college on that day itself. There is a gap of 45 days from the registration date to the date when the first cut off is released.

Entrance Preview:

I got admission in this college by cut off list that University of Delhi releases. I got 85.6% in 12th by which i managed to pass the cut off marks. I opt for this college after I heard about it by some of my elders that the science faculty of this collage is really very good.

Admission:

After i saw the cut off list and observed that I am eligible to take admission in this college, I went to the college. Filled up the admission form and submitted to Jain sir after which my documents were verified and then i submitted my fees and that's how I got admitted in this college.
