A good three-year journey

Course Curriculum Overview :

This was a three-year old course where we had examinations conducted in the form of internal and external with the practical examination. We had an internship year at the end of sixth semester. We assisted many doctors and password on a lot throughout the curriculum.

Placement Experience :

The jobs were arranged at the end of last year, we could apply to the college?s medical hospital through an entrance examination and interview session conducted. Very well-known government hospitals came to interview including AIIMS, Maulana Azaad, Lady Hardinge. All of the doctors got placed and the average package was Rs.20 lakhs per year.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee was very feasible and cheap at Rs.50,000 for the total course fee approximately. The fee could be submitted in the form of demand draft, card payments but no cash was accepted. The hostel and travel fee were separate.

Campus Life :

A very friendly college with students coming from different backgrounds and diverse groups. They all were very helpful, we had extra co-curricular activities including arts, music, dance, theatre. We could play games in the playground like cricket, football.

Admission :

After giving the all India entrance examination I applied to the college through their official website where the application form was available at Rs.200. After filling up my details I was called upon the campus and got my name in the very first list of the college and my interview was conducted where I got selected for the course.

Faculty :

All of the teachers were very helpful and they were all recognised doctors who had knowledge and experience in different fields. They were very corporative throughout and were humble by nature. All of the teachers would easily approachable and communicable to the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum contains a vast area of nursing aspects and they include OSKI as a new component of the nursing curriculum which prepares as well enough to face the job interviews ahead. But the time limit is so short that we find it difficult to complete the syllabus on time. As the syallabus has changed to semester system we are expected to write exams more frequently but that is good as it helps as to improve our writing skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Architecture is a tough and time taking course, the syllabus fine in the first three years but later on it becomes hectic. Maybe the syllabus can be reduced and I feel that five years is too long for architecture degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course mainly because of the job opportunities. There is plenty of teaching and non-teaching staff in the college. All the teaching staff has Mastered nursing and all are very talented teachers. The teaching method is lecturing and av aids are also used by the teachers like projectors. The exams are conducted after the completion of each unit. It's an average tough exam to score good marks. The only problem is that exams will be conducted daily and the personal behavior of some staff may vary from person to person.

No campus placement is provided by college because it is a government college. After getting degree I planned to practice in Kerala high court and also wants to attempt judicial service examination. I also planned to join LLM at central University or in Canada. In Canada there are many opportunities for LLB graduates.
