Course Curriculum Overview :

The college follows the latest and the flexible syllabus. . The curriculum is project- oriented, theme based and skill- focused. This latest curriculum enhances the skills of the students and make them an outstanding personality when they leave the college after completing the course. The exams are conducted yearly and the subjects have an in depth knowledge of the specialisation area i.e. HRM.

Placement Experience :

the college conducts different programs for the students related to career guidance in the final year of the course, different companies conduct the placements. The college also conducts industrial tours to give exposure to their students and they can gain the practical knowledge. Though there are courses which do not have any placement assistance but they support and guide the students in every way

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees structure is very feasible for this BBA in HRM course. Every year payment of Rs 15000 approx is to be paid which includes admission fees and industrial tour. Besides this 1400 per month the tution fees is to be paid.

Campus Life :

The college has the best facilities for their students, The college not only focuses on curriculum but also lets their students to participate in the other extracurricular activities. The college has NCC for Boys and girls, Model United Nations Club, Jesus Youth, Innovators Club. The college also has well sophisticated science and computer labs.

Admission :

The admission to the BBA Course with specialisation in HRM requires 45% in the higher secondary in any stream. Taking admission to this college is easy. The college issues the prospectus with the form and that form needs to be submitted at the college. This form is then verified and the students are invited to meet the management team. Selected candidates then have to make the payment of fees.

Faculty :

The faculty of the college is highly experienced, well qualified and focuses on all the students to develop their skills and knowledge. The faculty also focuses on givig the practical knowledge to the students which builds up the performance of the students. The faculty is so supportive that it creates an interactive environment in the college.

The curriculum is average cause there's not much outdoor activities lacking funds. However there are also sometimes few activities that do help us improve and prepares us for the real world. Improvements are largely needed for professors to be more interactive as well as in their teaching.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took a BA in Political Sciences because it always interested me as the words were very simple and were all facts, also we got the most marks in writing in points and I really like writing my answers in Points. Also, it would've helped me with my future goals in the coming days. Tbh the curriculum did not prepare me much for real-world applications but it did help me with my further academic pursuits. We did not do any practice, I know it was not a practical course however a practical class sometimes would be amazing and interesting! Ngl the exams were not that hard, it was an average however the thing was we did not study well enough to get good marks.

Remarks:

This college has the best faculties, excellent in academics as well as extra-curricular activities. The college also offers scholarships so that every student can pursue their dreams no matter what the fees structure is. This college has really good management and is pretty good in very ways.

After I had completed my 10+2 boards with decent percentages, I started applying for different government and private institutes. Since my marks couldn't help me to get in government institutes, I had to go for private college and on the basis of merit, I got admission here.
