Government Medical College Ernakulam, M.sc

Reviewed on Jun 27, 2020

Course Curriculum Overview

The courses offered in this college are generally college classes. A portion of the courses offered in this school are M.Sc, M.B.A and M.Pharma. All courses are two years and semester-based, with tests at regular intervals and full outcomes dependent on two semesters.

Placement Experience

4.5

Around 65% of the understudies got set from college. The most significant compensation offered was Rs. 30,000 every month. I don't think about the top enrolling organizations. Jobs offered were as Jr. Advertising expert, instructing, deals work, and so on. In our course, the most reduced compensation offered was Rs. 11,000 every month and the normal pay offered was Rs. 18,000 every month. Right around 15 to 30% of understudies landed position offers and just a couple of understudies participated in the working area. A large portion of the understudies are seeking after their post-graduation.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I think the fees are affordable and should be easily paid by the students. The exam fee is Rs.1000 during admission time. My course fee is Rs 16,480, which includes tuition fees of Rs800 and admission fees of Rs100.

Campus Life

Our college campus like free Wi-Fi, plant science lab, zoology lab, organic chemistry lab, PC lab, assembly room, football ground, and a recently opened library. The food served in the bottle was acceptable. Be that as it may, I don't think about the food served in the lodging and wreckage. Be that as it may, a portion of my companions who remained there were not happy with the food served in the wreckage.

Admission

I got admission in college under my course with a degree in the relevant department with a minimum of 50% marks. I filled in the online application form and gave the entrance test.

Faculty

The important thing about their teaching method is that the teachers here describe the concepts in a theoretical and practical way, which I think is absolutely necessary for the entire curriculum. They are just amazing

All the teachers are well qualified and equipped to teach but the quality of teaching differs as per individual.

Dislikes

The say of students in matters concerning them or others is nil. We have very little say as the management takes all decisons.
Teachers have ego and superiority issues between themselves which might affect the children in 4th year, project phases.
Fests, events and functions are not upto any expectations.Schools in trivandrum have better events than our college.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan, infosys, commandtech, bimlabs, gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
