Course Curriculum Overview :
M.A in Psychology focuses on subjects like Industrial psychology, counselling psychology, mental as well as social psychology. (Visit the official site for more details regarding the syllabus) I gave the exam approximately 4 years back, I'm pretty sure the subjects would have changed by now but the subjects that were involved in my entrance exam were- Human development, social psychology, personality analysis, general and cognitive psychology. The exam was for 2 hours in which 80 MCQs were to be answered.
Placement Experience :
The college does not provide any internship opportunity, however, I did intern at a content writing agency. (It was an off-campus internship for a duration of 2 months where I was paid 10,000 monthly) The placement cell of the college is pretty decent. The stipend ranges in between 2-5 Lakh annually.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The college is extremely affordable. I did my bachelors from Amity and then returned to my hometown for masters and I was shocked when I got to know the fees. The college charges approximately 3,200 rs annually or 6,500 rs for 2 years.
Campus Life :
The college is amazing, there is a library to sit and read about different classics and novels. The fest of the college invites various colleges to take part in the talent that the students posses, the festive atmosphere is filled with laughter and mirthfulness.
Admission :
The college releases an online as well as an offline application form. To apply for the master's program, a candidate has to be graduated in any programs with good academic performance. The college allocates the seats to the students on the basis of the entrance exam, I had to undertake an entrance exam which was cleared and I got a call from the college to visit the college along with my documents.
Faculty :
The faculty is fine, they are understanding and cooperative. The professors take our counselling from time to time to understand the mental status and solve our problems regardless of the topic. I find this approach very nice to be interactive.
