Remarks :
The campus life is excellent and the students are very bright. This helps and motivates me to do better each day. The college has great resources and the students always achieve great heights after qualifying from here.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is detailed and covers every topic that is required by the industry. Though it is very lengthy the faculty is cautious about not rushing through the course. The exams are conducted end of year and we are assessed regularly on the basis of assignments and project work.
Placement Experience :
The placements are good and many of the students get placed with an average salary package. Many are placed in post doctoral fellowship programs in many abroad colleges. All in All the university trains the students properly for better careers
Fee Structure And Facilities :
For the 2 year MA course, the fees is 8540 Rs in total. In the first year, we were required to pay ?5,270 as it included the registration fees as well apart from the tuition fee. The next year we paid ?3,270.
Campus Life :
The research facility is very good at this college and the library has very good resources. The events are also celebrated with quite the enthusiasm from the students. The environment of college during that time is just amazing.
Hostel Facilities :
They have converted many buildings in the Gandhinagar area to accommodate students. But the availability is still low. Many who don't get the hostels reside in the close by PG and other accommodations. The hostel has good facilities and the cost is less. They are allotted on a permanent basis.
Alumni/Alumna :
The seniors are very helpful and the alumni network is vast. We have always had great support from their side and our talks with them have been fruitful and encouraging. There is no ragging in college.
Admission :
I applied for admission to this college when I was in my final year of graduation. I gave their common entrance test online. On the basis of my score in the test, my name was shortlisted in the second list after which i was called for counselling.
Faculty :
The faculty is very nice and they know how to deal with the students. They take care of following instructions and are very strict about the discipline. The guidance provided by them has always been very good and we appreciate it a lot.
