Remarks :
All in all RIE is a great college to study. The faculty is fabulous and the overall environment is very positive. I have had the best time. I made a lot of friends and I also got placed through NAVs placement opportunity. I am currently a PGT teacher.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is very good. there are no unnecessary subjects. All the subjects are very appropriate and the syllabus is also very concise and informative. There are a lot of surveys and seminars that give a good exposure to aspirants.
Placement Experience :
In the final year of the program, students get an opportunity for campus placements. Many private schools such as Azim Premji Foundation and Birla Public School, and also some government schools such as Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) visit for recruitments. The highest and lowest salaries are 60,000 and 30,000 respectively.
College Events :
All festivals are celebrated at RIE. This makes the students who live in hostels away from families, feel very inclusive. Apart from that the college organises a lot of essay competitions, debate competitions, cultural programs, Hindi pakhwara event etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee structure is pretty inexpensive. The combined fees for the course is close to 2 lakh i.e. for 4 years. This includes hostel, food and academics. According to the facilities provided to us, the fees is quite nominal.
Campus Life :
RIE gives the students a lot of scope to grow in their career as well as in their area of interests. The college appreciates students for their other talents and give them the platform to flourish.
Hostel Facilities :
The library is pretty good with good seating arrangements and great books. Our College is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and have smart screens in all classes. The hostels are clean, and safe. There are different buildings for girls and boys hostels.
Admission :
The eligibility criteria for B.Sc B.Ed is your marks in 12th from any recognised board. Apart from that all you have to do is fill up the application form online. The selection will depend of our personal interview if you meet the crieteria.
Faculty :
The faculty is very knowledgeable and dedicated. There are permanent teachers as well as teachers that are on contractual basis. Most of the permanent professors are PhD holders, and the contractual teachers are pursuing PhD along with teaching. They are very helpful.
