Course Curriculum Overview :
Firstly it is Regional Institute of Education specialized for education purpose and is a constituent of ncert that's why it is very famous and it promises quality education i am doing ba.bed it is a dual degree program of 4 year duration which would make me a eligible teacher acter four year it consists of 8 semesters which are quite tough.
Internships Opportunities :
Because it is a education institute and prepares quality teacher's so the students go to schools like jawahar navodaya and kendriya vidyalaya for internship of 3 months there stay and food is taken by the school only the internship is done very professionally.
Placement Experience :
Theere is 100% placements schools like jawahar navodaya , kendriya vidyalaya and other big private schools come here for taking interviews in 4th year and select candidates the average package is 6 lpa which is quite good according to a teachers occupation. Other than that internship is done very professionally here students are sent to jnv's and kv's for internship it is very effective and prepares a student fully to be a good teacher
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year wise fee is 60000 and it is a four year integrated course this 60000 includes both college fee and hostel fee. The tuition fee development and other miscellaneous expenses are included in this fee only. For sc st groups the fee was 24000 for a semester and for general ews and obc it is 29750. Scholarship is given to reserved group of student of 500 per month and a merit based scholarship is also given to some students of 800 per month.
Campus Life :
There are not so much events and festivities like delhi university but there are some cluds like smec ec for science maths and eco club and apart from that freshers and farewell happens here. Ncc and nss are also offered here and sports is good here there are various sports like badminton basketball volleyball football lawn tennis table tennis archery chess and many more
Hostel Facilities :
The room has two almirah study table and chair one balcony wifi facility water cooler common washrooms and bathrooms the registration process is very simple there are 100+ rooms one room is shared by two people there is one mess and two common halls
Admission :
I gave cuet exam and got miranda house in first list for the beled course but i had also given ncet exam and RIE ajmer was my dream college it is quite hard to get in this college as the seats were just 50 so along with rie i also registered for department of education north campus new delhi which is also called central institute of education and fortunately i got into both of them but the result of rie came first because its a dual degree program which is more beneficial and apart from that it is my dream college and a constituent body of ncert which is itself a brand so i chose rie ajmer ncert.
Faculty :
There are 2-3 faculties for maximum 15 students the faculties are very mu h approchable and nice they are very much knowledgeable and are easy going. I am from geography department and i do like all of my faculties there are 4 subjects one of education one major subject one minor and one language for a semester it is not very easy as it is a dual degree program so it is quite tough
