Course Curriculum Overview :
The subjects taught in this course are food production, food and beverage services, food and beverage control, food safety and quality, nutrition and principles of Food Science, front office management, Hotel engineering, strategic management, communication skills in English, research methodology and a project.
Placement Experience :
The college provides placement in 5 star or 7 star hotels to its students. The hotels are brunton boatyard, casino Hotel Cochin, Club Mahindra kumarakom, coconut Lagoon Kumarakom, Fort Munnar, Green Park Chennai, etc.

The fees for the course is is rupees 338800, this piece is for 3 years. If a student wants the prospectus then he has to pay rupees thousand for it. Rupees 25000 has to be paid as registration fees which letter on will be compensated in the course fees.
