Course Curriculum Overview :

The college follows the semester pattern and the course curriculum is at par with the UGC CBCS directives. The class lectures were conducted with full discipline. I won't rate it as very hectic and neither too chilled.

Placement Experience :

Placements aren't very attractive. The companies which come are Wipro, HCL, and otherwise majorly not the very famous brands. The profiles offered are generally of that of customer support and similar profiles.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Absolutely affordable. Prime reason why I studied from here. Rs 1,532 is the annual fees for BSc. The total fees is around Rs 4,600. Comparing it with quality of teaching and infrastructure, it's amazing

Campus Life :

Gender sensitisation programmes, various societies/ clubs were a regular feature of the college. Students from diverse backgrounds when took part in different activities created a fertile ground for learning.

Admission :

The admission is done on the basis of the merit list of the qualifying exam i.e. according to +2 marks. After that as a final step, an interview is conducted. The college fees and reputation were the reasons to select this college.

Faculty :

The teachers were like a role model, they have set standards of discipline by themselves. All are well qualified and were supportive in solving all queries and explaining things lucidly. Very good faculty to sum up.

It is Very Nice

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for interview after the 5th Semester 3rd year, There is 100+ company visited and made nearly 700+ offers. Titan and Musashi and Sigma and Sanmark and Hyundai and Caterpillar and Tata and Delta Electronics, etc. There is 90% of students are placed till now other are going to place soon and others are higher studies. My plan after getting a Degree is Job and Partime of Study.

Remarks:

The facilities and infrastructure of VIT are excellent. There are 24/7 Wi-Fi with high-speed. All the labs were running neatly, all the computers are checked and them running in a proper manner. Classrooms are large and ventilated, infrastructure is also good. There is a big digital library on the campus with all modern facilities available.

Placement Experience:

Almost 90% of students are participating in placements every year. The highest package is about 35 to 40 Lacs per annum, whereas the lowest one is about 7 to 10 lakhs per annum. TCS, IBM, Microsoft, Google are the top recruiting companies. Around 70% of students get internships every year.

The placement opportunity is commendable. CIT has been visited by brilliant companies like AMAZON, BOSCH etc. Placement cell provides enough placement training to all the students. Students are trained to the current trend.

One of the best college for arts in Chennai

Remarks:

My college was in the heart of the city and had good commuting facilities from across the city. We had the good faculties and a good atmosphere. Our cricket ground was one of the best and we did have Rahul Dravid and S Ramesh come down for practice and matches. Really loved the 3 years spent in that college
