ACCOUNTING AND ECONOMICS

Remarks :

Super, Great, Marvellous, Amazing, Encouraging, Incredible. Words fall short when I have to give a description of what they mean to me.

Entrance Preview :

Accounting and Economics Admission process was through entrance test Passed out with A GRADE Scored 87% college near my residence.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Great and simple as I did my studies very well. Most questions were to be worked out whereas some of them were tick the answer from options. In short the course was easy to use and the other things were in place.

Internships Opportunities :

Mostly banks and other financial institutions. Bank starting stipend was 20000 per month. I am sure I could not have availed such a good stipend as a just passed out of the college student. Thanks to all at my college.

Placement Experience :

Direct placement with bank as I also cleared my bank entrance course. Icici bank account department as a junior officer was my first appointment.

College Events :

Extra curriculum comprised debates. Inter college competition and of course the festive season themes and events were grand.with over 200 students and teachers participating.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Well.fees for females as per recent government policies made the difference. Mainly spends were on books and reference materials for the exams.around 5000

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Not that I know of. I was a good student and really not require any scholarships as joining a good and reputed bank was my ambition.to later start my own consultancy services.

Campus Life :

Our college was pretty much strict and disciplined. Gender ratio was 50 - 50.And with the new generation lib.the entire college folks were friendly and helpful.

Hostel Facilities :

I wasn't staying in the hostel so I can't say much. But I guess is was pretty much lively and good.according to my friends.

Alumni/Alumna :

I loved my college faculty and senior colleagues who had always been very helpful and friendly. Yes I did learn more about the subject from them. The old students are still in my contact list and we keep meeting them quite often.

Exam Structure :

Always chilled out. Lots of fun in learning more about the subject. Exams were, as I said, very much easy for me to solve since I was prepared for the same.

Faculty :

Good highly experienced lecturers and teaching faculty. I could easily understand everything from the way they made it clear and enjoyable learning experience.

I was influenced by my principal for this course as Pune University is the Oxford of the East, I thought it would be a very knowledge-gaining and skill-enhancing course, and this curriculum will help my students to gain needed skills in today's technological world.

Placement Experience:

The students join in large numbers in this college because of better placements only. They are aware of the same before admission. There is a placement cell called CGPC on the campus which consists of students from the final year. They take care of the students' placement needs. There are many companies like BAIF, Pradan, Kudumbshree, Rajivika, Bihar SRLM, MP SRLS, ORMAS, OLM, Antra, APF, etc. 100% of students get placed from all the courses. Some students of SIE go for establishing their own business enterprise and they do not sit for placements, some want to go for higher studies. Those who wish to get a job all get a job.

Placement Experience:

Students are already eligible for campus placement. There are various companies which have provided various offers and for donations and for funds and the main for sponsors. Such as BMS, bata, dream11, half of the students are getting a placement. I would like to enjoy and make certain changes after getting a degree.

Remarks:

Negative remarks would be to modify the building of the college for the betterment and positive would be to continue to follow the same routine of development to keep the rate and grade stable. The college needs. Development in the infrastructure as it is very old and is not been taken care of for years.
