Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum is very good. It is very well designed so that students can gain maximum knowledge. Exam structure of our B.Ed. course is semester based that is 2 years of course is divided into 4 semesters.

Placement Experience :

Placements and job opportunities are quite good in our college. Most of the students prefer higher studies hence very few students get recruited by the companies coming to our college. No, there is no internship provided by our college for our course.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is quite feasible in our college. Fee structure for our B.Ed. course is 13,000 for 1st year and 12,500 for 2nd year which is quite feasible for the students to pay compared to other colleges. And upon that it is worth paying this fees.

Campus Life :

Our college arranges several workshops and seminars for the students. Our college even organizes various events such as freshers party, farewell party, sports day, jhankar- cultural fest. Our college even has NCC and NSS.

Admission :

I got admission in this college through the entrance exam conducted by Bananas Hindu University (BHU), after which based on the merit list released I got selected. Then I got my certificates verified and payed the fees. The students can take admission in 2 ways that is through entrance exam or direct admission. The process is same for other courses too.

Faculty :

Faculties of our college are very well qualified and trained. They are very helpful towards the students in dealing with subject related aspects and also career related aspect. They try to share both theoretical and practical knowledge very efficiently.

MIET is the best college in Meerut and also best in tier-3 category.

Placement Experience:

Normally, the campus placement procedure takes place in the middle of the fourth semester. There are lot of companies visits the college which provides good offers for the students. The highest on campus placement of MIET is around 14 LPA and which rises to 30 LPA in terms of Off campus placement. The average is 5 LPA of MIET . Around 70% - 80% students get placed every year.

Placement Experience:

The average placement of a CSE branch is 4-5 LPA. Some of lower core branches like mechanical, civil, electrical have poor placement record. The major recruiting companies are - TCS, Infosys, Autodesk, Capegemini, Wipro, etc. Students can visit website of college for the exact data. Some talented and skilled students have secured good placement offers like - 39LPA, 30LPA ,25 LPA etc but those students are few in number (10-15) out of the total batch. Almost all the students of CSE core branch have been placed as per previous record and students of allied branches will sit in placements for first time this year as allied branches were introduced lately in 2020 batch of freshers if I am not wrong. In 3rd year of B.tech students can apply for internships and in 4th year the companies come for placement. However I have noticed slight decrease in no. Of companies visiting the campus maybe due to recession.

Things you should notice in IERT

Placement Experience:

Students are able to sit in placements from 6th semester. Generally our campus is visited by tcs, Wipro, chetu and Infosys. Almost all students get placed if they sit for it but majority give exams of gate and do not participate in the placements. I am planning to sit for an exam to get a government job.

Remarks:

Apart from fashion design If you are looking for any other course alternative , so you should definitely go for the footwear one , as it's more recognized .The overall course structure was informative and well balanced.
