Course Curriculum Overview :
The course offers students in-depth knowledge about literature and gives an opportunity to study major literary works. This course develops strong linguistic capabilities of students through practical assignments. A student can also specialize by choosing elective subjects. Apart from English literature, the course also enlightens the students with mass media communication, journalism, philosophy, travel, tourism. This way a student finds great diversity in a single course.

As a literature student, job for a person can easily take up any back-end administrative job in an organization, can teach in any school or coaching classes, can give private tuitions to people who wish to learn the language, many countries have a compulsory English proficiency test in order to grant visa. The candidates can explore themselves in areas like journalism, marketing, administration, public relations, translation, technical writing etc.

Campus Life :
The events in the Sports club are Badminton, Carom , Arm wrestling, Dead lift, Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Tug of War, Football, Solo Dance, Group Dance, Solo Singing, Creative Modelling and Quiz. Participation in all the above-mentioned events was open for both boys and girls. There was a substantial number of student participation. Students were energetic, enthusiastic, overwhelming and full of lives. The University Sports Week evoked the greatest interest in sports among students.
Admission :
The candidate has to send the completely filled application form along with the required documents in a self-addressed stamped envelope for INR 52 of the size of 24x32 by registered post to MG University Distance Address. Candidates are advised to keep one copy of the duly filled application form for future reference and will be informed once selection gets over.
