Remarks :

College environment was very goob but to maintain the discipline some time its look like a school. So college management should think about this.

Entrance Preview :

I took AIEEE 2008 Entrance Exam and got admission in this college according to my rank in CG State counseling. My score in the examination was 79.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Courses are according to my university CSVTU, Bhilai and I think it was average. Curriculum and Faculty also should be marked as average. There are so many things in course curriculum and faculty that needs to improve.

Internships Opportunities :

Story about internship was good but not for me. There are so many companies came and provided good stipend. But its varied according to the company and Branches. For example, the company came for the mechanical department has less stipend with respect to Computer Science.

Placement Experience :

As I passes out in 2012 and it was a big recession and this time also around 70% students were placed. In 2011 it was around 85%.

College Events :

There are many technical, cultural and management festivals were organised in my college named as Utkars, Udan, Robotics, Unnayan and many more.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are not good Scholarships but Loans are available with sponser of UCO Bank.

Campus Life :

Campus life was very enjoyeble, co-education. There are good gender ratio (about 5:4). In mechanical and Civil department it this ration was very poor. I my batch it was 0 out of 240 mechanical and civil seats. If we talk about Ethical values and sexual orientation then there are no problems about that. We all students either girls and boys both enjoyed very good campus live in technical and peaceful environment.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel and mess are very good according to its price. Very good hostel facilitis was available with all advance and technical envornment. I mess also very proper food management and facilities were available.

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes, time to time college organized alumni meet. After leaving the college I attended a alumni meat that is organized in Lonavla.

The students after 5th semester are highly eligible for placement. The companies visited are like AMAZON, COGNIZANT, WIPRO and many more and they provide huge offers. Eligible students are 100% placed it means students should not carry any backlogs.

Placement Experience:

The placement is not good un the college. Students are advised to find there own job before completion of the course. The highest package was 3 Lpa and average is 2.4 Lpa. Students have to learn and create skills to get placed in well companies.

Placement Experience:

Many top companies visit the campus every year to recruit students for various positions. The placement process at NIT Raipur is managed by the institute's Placement Cell, which conducts Placement Drives, pre-placement talks, and sessions. In general, students become eligible for campus placements from the seventh semester of their B.Tech program, which means that they can participate in the placement process from the beginning of their final year. Several large and recognized companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Samsung, Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte, Reliance, ONGC, BHEL, etc. recruited the students for placements, and in the year 2021-22, a total of 738 offers were made.

Jee Mains ,I applied for my branch in this college because my branch electronics and telecommunication engineering exists only in this college and it is different from other branches and suites to my interests. I scored 87 marks in jee Mains.

Admission:

I got admission through Jee Mains counseling. To get the admission one have fill the admission form and pay the institution fee. Then we have to submit those fee receipt and admission form and our intermediate certificates and Jee Mains score card to get the admission

Entrance Preview:

PET (Pre Engineering Test) was the entrance exam which was conducted across the MP state and based on the score I got into NIT Raipur.

Placement Experience:

There were no much placement opportunities. I applied through my own job search and through news paper adds. I got into flagship company of Birla group as my first job. Probably i was lucky to get 3 jobs before the results were out.
