Remarks :

I heard this was a good college in teaching and placement and I decided to join in this college. I I'll definitely reference Ramakrishna Institute of Technology to the upcoming junior students to join mainly because the teaching is awesome and the faculty members are very much friendly and feel free to ask doubts. Placement also too good in my department 80% of them are placed

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose Information Technology because I love to learn Software based courses so that I took this In our college each and every faculty members are completed maximum of 2 degrees and in my department 80% of the faculty members had completed PhD. Exams are not too difficult at the same time it's not too easy .It depends upon the students capabilities. We are the first batch of autonomous so we faced little bit difficult because no one knows about the question pattern even though faculties helped us a lot to get good CGPA

Class Size : 200Course Fees : INR 55 per year

Placement Experience :

From 6th semester on wards the students are eligible for the placement Many companies more than 150+ are visiting our college every year and 80% of our students are placed The top companies which offer highest package are ZoHo, Google,Microsoft,Virusa ,Dell, Hexaware,TCS,CTS,Wipro,etc....

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

If the student has poor family background or the student who studies well I'll got a scholarship

Campus Life :

Library is too good at the college we can utilize whenever we need Many clubs are available for extra curricular activities for the students like NCC, Fine arts club to explore talents like singing, dancing, music, etc... Classrooms and infrastructure is very good and the environment around the college was very pleasant and nature

Average college but a good place to study on your own

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Students who pursuing five and sixth semesters onwards are eligible to attend the placements and internship. Mostly the IT companies are visited frequently and core companies are low. Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
