Remarks :

This college facilitates various courses and departments in which EEE was my preferred course. This course opted by me for its high futuristic scope in various fields. About this college, it's not too strict and not too liberal. With studies, they encourage for sports too. I got attracted to this college by its silent and ample nature with pleasant surroundings and environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Electrical and electronics engineering This department has well-experienced staff with PhD degree. They help and motivate the students to engage in project and research activities with its presentation both within and outside India by their experienced technical guidance with well-equipped labs.

Course Fees : INR 45000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Affordable I joined through government quota in this college.

Campus Life :

Staffs and mentors were friendly Symposium conducted every year with a quiz and fun activities. Smart classrooms with smart board and projector for live teaching All kinds of sports are encouraged

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
