Course Curriculum Overview :
The learning imparted is smart learning i. e most of the concepts are explained through projector based videos/images which makes it easy to understand and remember. The curriculum groomed me to provide basic industry specific knowledge which should be known to every students and campus placements are worth it in this college as there are a lot of well knows companies come for recruitment thus helping students in fulfilling their dreams. During my entire course several industrial visits were organized which helped in greater understanding of complex concepts and how the industry works.
Placement Experience :
Considering my course I can say this college provides one of the best placement experience to students many highly recognised companies come in this college for recruitment with a decent to best salary package. Placements is carried out by an app which informs you in advance which companies are going to come on campus for campus. You have to register on the app to appear for the interview and test of the given company. Tentatively 70-80 % students are placed into greater organizations. The app has everything in one place it also helps into appear various training services about how to appear for interview, how to take tests etc. Hyundai motors Hindustan uniliver KSB pumps Cognizant Infosys Loreal DAIKIN UNIKEN FIAT India Automobiles JCB Tetra Pack CEAT tyres Philips innovation campus drive Faurecia Are some well recognised companies visited during campus placements and there are many more.
College Events :
There are various events organized in this college. I mean it's a hub for festivals and events. The events are huge and the participation is also large in numbers. Some are Tesla Aarohan Gracia Spandan Sports Summit These are some but let me remind you there are many events celebrated and it's a joy to attend and have a good time. This college surely knows how to manage studies and organize and celebrate events.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fee structure was feasible for me during my time college was under Pune University but now it became deemed university MITWPU. My fees were approx 1 lakh (open category) for my course. But since becoming deemed the fees were raised to 2-3 lakhs approx for same course. The mode of payment for deemed is quite easy and all modern payments are accepted. During my time we had to give a DD (demand draft) for fees. College provides transparency in the fee structure which helps where is the money actually going. The additional fees for me was for exam form fees, stationary, admission form fees.
Fees and Financial Aid :
Yes college offers scholarship opportunities to students you need to check in the students section in the admin office. I didn't opt for this opportunity as I missed out on the information.
Campus Life :
The gender ratio is well maintained in the college for all courses. The diversity of students are also justified. Campus life is the best in this college. Being a part of this college means the best times to attain and complete your course. There are a lot of extracurricular activities, well managed and updated labs, highly competitive environment regarding various competitive events. Sport event is also organized on a large scale with plenty of opportunities and helpful hands. There is no gender, color, caste, economic status discrimination. Students proceed their courses with a happy and healthy mind.
Alumni/Alumna :
I got into contact through my seniors was by attending all the events happening around the campus i. e being a part of the team organizing it or participating in the other events organized. Seniors helped me tackle all the problems which generally a student goes through in their junior years. Their experience, motivation and helpful nature made my college life great.
Admission :
I got admitted through the CET based cutoff score and 12th marks eligibility criteria. I chose this institution because- 1)better infrastructure 2)better students management 3)good placements opportunities 4)best campus life 5) qualified staff. After qualifying the required criteria set by the college I had to go to college with my mark sheet and registration form. The admin office would verify your documents and give you the admission form of the college to be filled after which you are a student of the college. All the information is provided properly by the admin office.
Faculty :
The faculty is very well knowledgeable and are very helpful towards students problems. Most of the faculty members are PhD and some are pursuing in their field of study thus it also helps students for their final year projects. Faculty members also organize various guest lectures from industrial expert person to share knowledge to students. I can surely say faculty members have a greater concepts understanding and also make these concepts to be easily understood by students. They try to solve the doubts during lectures but if it's taking time they will call you to their cabin to explain it to you. Faculty is not an issue in my college as they are all highly qualified and helpful.
