Course Curriculum Overview :

B.com Course in Chandigarh University they provide various specilization in B.com Honours And Exam structure is very good In exams Case study questions which would be helpful for the students for learn something. In B.com University will provide Industrial Visits on SEBI where we can research about the securities In Market

Class Size : 350Course Fees : INR 84000 per year

Placement Experience :

Chandigarh University offers various placements in All over in the India In Multinational companies Chandigarh University is motive every students of our college provide placement and also provide a various internship in Companies for learning For college students

College Events :

So organised various fests in college like Punjab fest Cu fest Tashan nites Agaaz Science fest etc In every fest all state colleges private and Govement can participated every fest for 2days which have more events can be organizing CU also Organize a fest for Indian Army

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is very expensive but you will provide scholarship for the new students they provide cu set which have 100,% to 10 scholarship for the students and Punjab and Haryana students who from SC category CU provide scholarship for these students

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No I dint Opt any scholarship any education loan my father will pay my fees if any student wants loan CU will provide education loan

Campus Life :

A campus life of Chandigarh University is very good are equal girls and equal boys extra-curricular labs like you will provide for the students many sports like basketball cricket all the court's are in the CU campus Chandigarh University will provide if you have any idea they will be help you for fullfill your idea

Alumni/Alumna :

In Chandigarh University ragging is strictly ban so senior behaviour is very good there will be no any ragging no any harassment for the freshers students

Admission :

I am from commerce background I choose B.com course it has lot of oppurtunities CU is a institute who fill my dreams I went Chandigarh University admission office in Chandigarh Sector 36 On 24 Jul 2017 where the cordinator can guide me about course fee So i submitted my Documents and fees in the Admission Office

Faculty :

Faculties are good behavior In Chandigarh University all the faculties are helpful for students learning and researching about the studies Our Vice Chancellor Sir they said firstly see our parents what they have sacrificed for children.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Aspects that influenced me to choose this course is just the subjects i will going to study which had a great relevence in the real world outside the premises. This couse gives the required knowlege about the real world functioning but the practicalituly still misses out. Students did'nt know what to do with that knowledge. Areas that are required to be worked upon by the university is that prepare students so that they are able to cope up with the real wotld outside.. Tech should be tought as the world is changing rapidly. Exams here are counducted twice a year A mST half yearly and an end semester test.. Test are fine but the level of dificulty is not that high

Course Curriculum Overview:

As i am pursuing Bcom , there is a lot of fields available after this degree. And also i am interested in finance field so it makes me feel very confident about my future. One can opt for higher level of studies after Bcom because it opens a lot of pathways after this degree. Life in D.A.V College, Chandigarh by khushboo

Course Curriculum Overview:

Bcom is one prominent course for an commerce student which provides a wide range of fields. There don't teach you how one can use the theory knowledge in pratical application , so they don't prepare you for real world , one itself have to work on them if want to get succeed, teachers may help you if you're ask for help. We have mid semester exams where half syllabus is given to prepare , it is kind of like a test. Whereas we do have semester exams with moderate level of question, one can easily pass even after they study one day before their exams but have to strategically plan about what to study and what to not.

Pros and cons of my college

Placement Experience:

We can't depend on college for placements because it is not guaranteed as I want to pursue CA but selected in piramal finance during college placement as a relationship manager so I joined there . It was a good opportunity to start my career but overall placement rate is low in the college according to strength so you always have backup options. Piramal housing and finance limited visited the campus and selected around 200 students. This is the highest ratio of students placement. The average package is 2.5 to 3 LPA.

In the last semester that is 6th semester the placement drive is started. Every year 3-4 companies come to the college and 50% of the students are placed from the students who appeared in the drive. Decathlon came who gave the highest offer for 35000 per month. Profile they offer is analyst, client relation, assistant etc . I will now pursue my Post graduation

Punjab university serves the best education and career.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was interested in commerce so I chose this course. Curriculum prepared me quite well for real world applications as they taught us accounting softwares as well. Areas for improvement would be more practical training and practical exams. Exams were held twice a year in may and dec. Difficulty level was average.
