Remarks :

With the score that I procured, trading off the best options I found it feasible so I opted out of this college as it was located in my city. Basically, I’m very interested in communication and electronics. I love gadgets and I just wanted to know how these things work and I used to be very curious about these electronics

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is not so engaging, they don’t have any particular plan. Faculty are very bad at their jobs. They don’t even have knowledge except for a few who have taught just a single subject because they were very busy.

Class Size : 63Course Fees : INR 99900 per year

Placement Experience :

You can find very few top mnc’s visiting our campus and they even select very few students. But you can find a lot of budding companies. You can find only a few students offered good packages and they will do all the necessary publicity for the college.

College Events :

Our college will organize a cultural fest and it is awesome only when it is compared to other college fests in Visakhapatnam. You can find a technical fest but only a few are interested in such kind of events and freshers are not allowed for the technical fest. But you can find participants from other colleges too

Fees and Financial Aid :

They will support you financially if you are very poor for example my friend got this support after his father’s death but only a few can get this opportunity and scholarships are very tough to get. As there will be a lot of applicants.

Campus Life :

You can find a basketball court at the very beginning of college with a volleyball court and cricket grounds placed in the center of the college. The library is pretty decent but they don’t allow mobile phones. As you can find a digital library with few desktops. You can find books only related to your academics they don’t lend other books other than your subject. Labs are very basic in structure they are not fully equipped.

students from 3rd year 2nd semester onwards are eligible to apply campus placements. TCS, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, etc. they offer 70 percentage placements in our college. Amazon offered 44 LPA, TCS highest packge is 9 LPA Accenture highest package is 6 LPA. after completion of my BTech i want to become an AI tool engineer.

from 6th semester students are eligible for placements and can apply the interview process and career guidance in provided for students in every step. most of the students in it sector or computer science get placed in this college and other branches its around 40 to 50% placements. more than 100+companies visit college and highest package is around 35lpa and minimum is 2.7lpa

Story of Vignan University

Course Curriculum Overview:

I didn't like the course curriculum at all. When I joined the college it was like a regular curriculum muds and one final sem exams. But when we going to 2nd year the curriculum was changed, if i knew about that, wouldn't joined there. The curriculum makes the students to form a batch of 4 students and have to do the Team work. Those 4 students have to share the work of each subject and prepare themselves for the viva. Frequency of the exams are well introduced.

Review With my own perspective and experience

Placement Experience:

Placement are provided by college though it's recession period, they tried their best. From 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies visited: Accenture, Mind x360, Gen technologies, Astroline, servo Medha. Number of offers are very low to some companies and some companies hired more 100 in count. In the recession periods 60 and above percentage of students are get placed. In normal times 90 and above percentage of students are getting placed. I aimed for job initially after that I want to become an entrepreneur.

First of all College is a one of the premium institute in Nellore.The main focus of college is to place all the studets in any company with a good salary.College has good faculty members and they teach in very effective manner.As college is located in the NH5 highway it is easy to transport.
