Remarks :

Firstly DTU is a place where it can be as good as you want and it can be as bad as you want. DTU is a wonderful college because of several reason, but the biggest of them all is the crowd it attracts. If you are one who likes to take initiatives for himself, this college would make your life heaven. Overall if the college is constantly named in top 10 engineering colleges, it is implied that the level of studies would be not very bad. Some of the faculties are extremely talented and helpful and some are not. If you want to work on something, I am pretty sure you will find a faculty to work with( though you might have to do some hard work). Authorities have increased the strength of college in last few years which has surely shown it's effect on different fronts, placement being one. DTU has an excellent alumini base which has helped DTU to retain it's placements year after year.

Course Curriculum Overview :

All the course Structure could be said on par with industry needs. A lot of courses that are related to personality development or related to nontech placements are added eventually helping students in getting good placements and skillsets. Some of the faculties are extremely talented and helpful and some are not. If you want to work on something, I am pretty sure you will find a faculty to work with( though you might have to do some hard work). Some faculties will be like, they will come to class, start reading their notes and will go, they are just here to complete their duty and some teachers will try their best to explain the concepts in the best possible manner.

Placement Experience :

Authorities have increased the strength of the college in the last few years which has surely shown its effect on different fronts, placement being one. DTU has an excellent alumini base which has helped DTU to retain its placements year after year. Most of the biggest Tech-Teams non-tech companies visit the campus. A lot of har work is put upon by the tnp cell of DTU which results in great placements year after year. But with the increase in the strength, it will definitely have some effect on it. It is advised that you start preparing for placements as early as possible.

College Events :

It is because of the students that DTU is such a great college. Tech teams play their part in that. DTU has a lot of tech teams working in different domains. They conduct their test and have their own selection procedures which you have to clear to be a part of these tech teams. Though it has been improving and has improved in the last 2 years. And with the inception of the tech council, it will surely improve a lot. As of now, every society organizes its own fest, and tech fest is not seen with that much enthusiasm as cultural and sports fest are seen. But it has improved a lot and surely needs a lot of improvement. The college provides ample opportunities for everyone to take up anything they love, be it dance, music, sports, art, public speaking, social good, or event management. There are tonnes of societies/teams and seniors(and juniors) who are always actively doing one thing or the other. The senior-junior interaction at DTU is a lot time largely promoted by such activities.

Placement Experience:

All the big Mncs and heavily paying firms come to our college . Most of then are open for every students. But some only open for top branches. Placement are best in iits but some students go for UPSC and other for MBA or higher studies , so the percentage drops.

The college placement record is superb. The placement was the main reason for me to be part of the college. The college management and placement committee work together to improve the placement quality and standards of the college. The college manages a record of 100% placements. The highest placement offers were around 55 LPA and the average placement record was around 18 LPA. I also received a placement offer of 21 LPA.

The campus Placements of our college is excellent. Remarks:

My aunt was the teacher in this college and my jee rank was good so in my jee rank i got the best college and its fees is less so there was no prblm. And there is strictness for studies. The students should have 75%attendence.

Placement of this college is too good as avg is 11 lakh per annum so the college as the mass recruiters like infosis and amazon and flipkart and byjus come in our college to give job to our honourable students the avg income of mechanical student from mait is 20 lakh per annum
