Remarks

I want to study at a reputed university, with a stimulating environment as I have always lived in major cities where I can go to cafes, to hear music, to museums and sports events as part of my everyday life. Boston University has become one of the best in the US; it has top professors and is located in the middle of a historic city, and accessible to everything. It has a strong international relations program which would be perfect for me since I have attended a diverse international school. I noticed all these things when I visited. Given University’s notable reputation and history, I would be excited by the opportunity to attend such a strong and knowledgeable institution.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

An Introductory paragraph that tells the student what the class is about. Make it interesting- get them hooked, but keep it short. Here’s the beginning paragraph of a neurobiology course I taught last year: Chances are, if you’re taking this course by choice, you are curious about what makes you tick, how you process both internal and external stimuli to arrive at a decision about how to respond, how you feel or remember or experience things. My hope is that this course will provide you with some important insight into how all that works.

Placement Experience

3.5

According to new research from Prospects 26% of final year students have lost their internships as a result of the pandemic. In the survey of nearly 5,000 students and graduates, almost two-thirds of final year students feel negative about their future careers, while the majority reported that they are lacking in motivation (83%) and feel disconnected from employers (82%). Their biggest concerns are that there will be fewer jobs, internships or apprenticeship opportunities in their chosen industries. It's hard to see the positives at the moment, especially if you've lost out on an internship, work placement or work shadowing opportunity but there are a number of things you can do to build your skills and gain experience during lockdown.

College Events

2

At the beginning of the twenty-first century, many colleges and universities have a broad educational mission: to develop the "whole student." On college campuses, extracurricular involvement is a key tool in this personal development. For the majority of college and university students, involvement in extracurricular activities plays an integral role in the collegiate experience. Students become involved in extracurricular activities not only for entertainment, social, and enjoyment purposes, but most important, to gain and improve skills. A wide and diversified range of extracurricular activities exists on U.S. campuses, meeting a variety of student interests

Campus Life

4.5

terms of infrastructure, SRCC is one of the best colleges in the country matching international standards. It is one of the few colleges in the University of Delhi which has upgraded its classrooms to facilitate teaching through modern tools and techniques. The College has centrally air conditioned classrooms with Wi-Fi enabled LCD projectors, tutorial rooms, library, a state-of-the-art seminar room and a fully equipped auditorium with seating capacity of over 750 persons. The College takes pride in being a differently-abled friendly campus with new ramps, lifts and special washrooms added to the building. Also, the College has various facilities to address the reading, hearing and understanding requirements of various students.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placements after the completion of 8th semester only. No such good companies are visiting for hireing the students. Students have to find by their own. The highest package is around 3-4 lakh and average is around 2 lakh per anum. The students aren't placed well. Most students are enrollimg by their own (off campus). I want to go for a master degree after completion of current bachelor degree.

The placements of pdeu are good , but not as good as compared to Nirma University and daiict . The average package of computer science is around 15 lpa and highest is 38 lpa. I think if you have a cgpa over 8.5 and have the skill that is required by the recruiter Company, there is a better chance of you getting a placement. This year , around 40 students out of 120 got placed in good companies.
