I want to Msc in zoology, and want girls college, also the all my friend circle and teachers suggest for gcg 42-sector Chandigarh is one of the best colleges for MSc Zoology. The teaching staff of zoology too good as compare to others. And gold medalist from many years for Msc zoology also come from this college. The practical work too less, and teachers focus less on practical, to teach students more about practical or field experiments. On the basis of Punjab University Chandigarh entrance for MSc zoology. Form filling date starts from March to April 15. Punjab University entrance test in May. Then on the basis of rank separate forms on the college official site open for admission. The requirement mainly for admission is the rank of the entrance of PU.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Staff for Msc zoology is best in this college. Students number in the class is good. All teachers are PhD scholars in this department of the college. Midterm exam held one time in the semester. And the final exam at the end of the semester. 6 months semester time period. In the year two semesters. If we practice and become regular in class it's too easy to pass the exam or practical.

Class Size : 25Course Fees : INR 33000 per year

Placement Experience :

Placement from this college is less as compare to others. Even equal to nothing. I want to do a PhD.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The semester fee is around 16000 - 20000 or the yearly fee is around 35000-40000.its only the college fee. Other of the hostel, food are separate. Scholarship for postgraduate students: national scholarships portal for ST, SC, EWC etc. students.

Campus Life :

March or April the annual fest. Library to good with books or journals, all available. Good classroom facilities. Sports and extracurricular activities available inside the campus. Environment safety social groups, waste management social groups, art social group.

Hostel Facilities :

Fan, table, chair bed with box, Almira, three-seater rooms for all students. Good meal quality or menu. According to all students discussion, the best menu is selected for a semester with admission in college also an option for hostel admissions. Available to only top two students of the class. On the basis of seats, some times more than two students admitted to the hostel. Rented room Coast around 8000-10000. Sharing basis 5000 rent pr month.

Hostel Fee : INR 3700 per year

Admission :

On the basis of rank in the entrance test of Punjab University.

Interview Experience :

Punjab University Chandigarh entrance test. If you select for like my subject of study is zoology so I have selected zoology. So all questions are from Zoology. Process for admission: the selection on the basis of rank in entrance test of PU. In market book available for Msc entrance zoology also helpful and knowledge of basic concepts. Form filling after clearing exam with good rank for different colleges and best which comes under Punjab University chandigarh.

Course Curriculum Overview:

They include all the relevant subjects to enhance the student's knowledge and skills in this specific stream. They divided each subject into three units which include sub-units, after completion of each unit MST will be conducted, and after the completion of all the units End Sem exams will be conducted. Teachers use aids to deliver their knowledge in the best possible way. They use visual presentations and practical applications of the same in labs. After completion of the first year, You have to choose a specialization in which you further want to continue your course. they offer specialization in clinical and Sports nutrition.

Chandigarh University - A promise of excellence and better opportunities

Placement Experience:

The Campus placement are good in Chandigarh University. Each department gets campus placement with a hefty package. All the big MNCs like Google, Deloitte, Accenture, IBM as well as other private companies provide placement through indrive. The highest package offered was 18 lakhs package in the CSE department. Average package offered is around 6-10 lakhs. If anyone doesn't get a placement one can also avail for teaching in the same dept provided the student is post graduate or can also go for phd or research in the same university. Almost 97% students are placed in good companies.

Biotechnology plays a crucial role in the real world, particularly in areas like vaccine development, where biotechnologists create vaccines to combat epidemics and save lives. My interest in this area drove me to pursue a master's degree in biotechnology. Regarding the exams conducted by the university, I find them to be of moderate difficulty. They are challenging enough for someone studying the subject to attempt successfully.Even i think they should focus more on practical learning in my subject, biotechnology, instead of just exams. I guess when you are in graduation after your s u become eligible for campus placements and if you are in post graduation after one year or I would say after exactly after your 3 semester zoology for campus placements and I would say that more than 700 companies visit the compass with respect to all the courses are taught the provided the of their and the highest package was 36 hacks for in CSE and I would say the lowest on the average one would be 5 to 6 lakh per annum and 90% class students get a place in Chandigarh University and my plans after my degree is officially for campus placements and government.
