Remarks :
As my jee mains score was not that much to help me in getting any good govt. college and I had been aware of the abysmal condition of UPTU colleges. So I was left with only choice i.e a private college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Trust me studying here will give you the most irksome experience of your life. Teachers are good for nothing. Majority of the teachers don't even know teaching methodology. They just come, teach and go and this cycle continues throughout the year, don't even bother to take students to feedback whether they understood what has been taught or not. Only a few teachers have proper knowledge of their subject. Most of the assistant professor was once the student of Sharda. In every semester there is a Mid-Term Examination of 40 marks, an End-Term Examination of 100 marks, C.A of 60 Marks in which marks of class tests and assignments are included. Almost students study only one night before the exam and score well. If I have to rate the difficulty level of the exam I will give 5/10.
Placement Experience :
Placement is not good. Most of the students were placed between 1.8 lacs- 3 lacs in 2019. The highest package offered was 10 Lacs but only a single student could get that. After spending 7 Lacs and getting an only 15-20k job is of no use.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees of B.Tech CSE is 1,74,000/-. In the first year, Scholarship is given on the basis of 10+2 marks. If your P.C.M score is above 75% then congratulation! you are eligible for the scholarship.
Campus Life :
Life at the campus is overall ok only if you have friends otherwise there's nothing to enjoy here. If you belong to a middle-class family then drop the idea of choosing this college otherwise you will regret because you will be judged by your clothes and bucks in your pocket because most of the students are a rich spoiled brat. Chorus is the only cultural fest organized by the college but most of the time get deferred or cancelled, like the previous year it got cancelled due to Ayodhya verdict but the college didn't even bother to reschedule the program.
Admission :
SUAT
Interview Experience :
Before getting admission there's an online exam 'SUAT' and a personal interview. Questions of SUAT are from the basics 10th and 12th only. In a personal interview, you will be asked some rudimentary questions from 10+2. There's no need for preparation before facing the interview. The college has to increase the difficulty level of these rounds because the overall quality of students which are given admission every year is really awful.
