There is no bad remarks all are going well and but there is the need of increase the infrastructure of the college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
My college is under calicut university it is one of the best university The Pareeksha Bhavan is the nerve centre of university examination. It conducts examinations for all courses of the University, arranges for the valuation of answer scripts, processes marks, and announces results and issues diplomas, degrees and certificates. The valuation of answer scripts of postgraduate semester courses and all degree courses is carried out at centralised valuation camps and results of all examinations are announced in time. To provide a better and efficient service to students, the examination related work is being computerised in a phased manner.
Placement Experience :
The college is one of the best arts and science college in Kerala with A grade. It is situated in Palakkad district. The college provide great academic atmosphere also very much supportive in extracurricular activities also.
College Events :
In University of Calicut they have many facility labs, sport ground competitions and they have many opportunity to make our skill train them better and they have many trainers regarding the facility. There is college day, onam celebration, christmas, new year all festivals are celebrating in our college.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
At University of Calicut, Calicut, the fee structure is Rs 36, 000 per year which costs around Rs 18, 000 per semester. Community based scholarships are available for students who are studying in the UC. Loans are taken by most of the students, its easily availed from gramin banks, canara banks etc. About 15 percentage of the students get the minority scholarships.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
It not have any fee here. Fully government but some of the admission fee and exam fee here but it is not expensive. Only we have to pay little amounts. Tution fee is not payable for students it already paid by government.
Campus Life :
They are quite enough good, much to learn and motivate children, good exoeriments are to be donestudents could learn much from these activities. Labs are being there so that we students do not face any problm. All positive except the alumni point, the faculties are great, but the accountant guys are really funny and the college canteen serves the best of worst foods in the world, but this is nothing new according to engineering dogma.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel infrastructure and facilities is not bad. Hostel rooms are very comfortable. Bathouroom and toilet is not complete cleaned. 2000 rs wanted for the hostel Rent. Bathouroom of the hostel is not comfortable. they have no proper door.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes the teachers and seniors were mostly helpful and most of them were professors and they shared out of syllabus experiences and thought us the knowledge to become a good human being 2- yes the course is curriculum relevant and yes it does make students industry ready.
Admission :
Students are admitted at the beginning of the first semester of the U. G. Courses. Candidates seeking admission must produce their ORIGINAL MARK LIST, QUALIFYING CERTIFICATE, TRANSFER CERTIFICATE and CONDUCT CERTIFICATE from the school or college they last attended. Candidates who have passed the qualifying examinations from other Board/University should produce a Migration Certificate and Eligibility Certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University.
Faculty :
There are above 10 lecturers in my course and their avg age is 30 and PHD qualification Teacher quality includes ability to deliver sound content with ease of understanding by students. In addition to using students to measure teacher performance, a senior and experienced person in the area being evaluated can be used and usually external evaluator or blind evaluation is best. Using the peers who are in same college or faculty could be sentimental.
