My review

Remarks :

This school is a mixture of goods and bads .. fees is bit high for middle class students, faculties are best, accommodation, school life, activities everything here is best. You'll love your campus just in few days of coming here.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum was designed by PARSONS which itself was a school of design and knew what topics are important for us to be best version of designs leaders for the world. Exams happened during every semester.

Placement Experience :

I got my job from my college campus with a good package of 10 lacs. In an average 95% of my batchmates got good placements. During our last semester we had two internships for 2 months with good stipend given to us.

College Events :

Student trip to Auroville...decode fashion from blogging and communication... Secret santa for poor children during Christmas.... Study trip to Munnar, Ahmedabad....Shazzle fashion show etc were some famous events of this college.. campus life made easy with latest global learnings and technologies..

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure for this school was very much expensive... We paid fees after six months during every semester. 3,06,328 was charged from us during every semester. During admission approx 78000 was asked from us as our admission charge.

Campus Life :

Mid term reviews,...studio day...., fashion journalism lectures... workshops...design fest... Intercollege festival meet... fashion summit... happened here during my academic years... This college was heaven when we talked about extracurricular activities.

Admission :

Everything was depended upon how good you are in when we talk about designs. I submitted my portfolio on the college website with some of mine 8 to 10 sketching. after this they called me for an aptitude test which too held online and an interview subsequently everything had weightage of 40:30:30 percent.

Faculty :

All the faculty members were excellent in every field. Whether we talked about practicals and theory learning they taught us everything properly and precisely. They knew how to use all the modern amenities and technologies properly in learning.

From 3rd semester there is more fieldwork, students start working, and we get opportunities provided by our faculty I worked with Anaita Shroff in the living room story pop-up twice, I worked with Suzanne Khan, and many more. If talking about the percentage of people getting placement I would say 80%.

Admission:

To get admission, I had to first make sure to fulfil the eligibility criteria to get admission in the college, which is to first pass class 12 and then give the ISDI challenge, then an interview round is conducted for our final selection.

Placement Experience:

Many organisations provide placements, these placements are provided, 80% on the basis of the interview they give and 20% on the basis of the student's academic performance. The placements are limited , hence the students have a lot of competition among themselves.

Any candidate who has completed 10+2 from any examination board such as HSC, CBSE, ISC is best suited for the course. A person has a profound interest in design and innovation and design can also apply for the course. The age limit for the course is 21. The admission is based on an entrance exam that is taken by the institute.

Placement Experience:

The institute has consistently placed over 100+ students every year after graduation. Many different ways are adopted for the recruitment process for the students. With various collaborations that have led to various ideas to prompt the placement of the students. Every year many students get recruited by big companies. The list of frequent recruiting companies at the campus are Infosys, Adobe, HCL Hue, and many more.
