Course Curriculum Overview :

Curriculum is as per AICTE and MCI guidelines. Exams are followed the all India structures. After completing 4.6 years, compulsory internship for 1 year. Exams are yearly for theory and practicals. After completing the internship, the candidates are cleared for certification.

Placement Experience :

Since the college has very good reputation among the medical community, renowned hospitals across India and abroad and medical research institutions and manufacturers of medicines and government departments related to public health come for recruitment.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees is very low compared to other colleges. The course fees is 6,000 and admission charges of 100. Hostel, security deposits and students welfare fund comes to 14,000 and miscellaneous charges of 1000.

Campus Life :

Not much of extra curricular activities are conducted. Academic seminar, workshop of research, medical camps for rural areas and in campus free medical checks are done regularly. The college follows strict protocols against ragging.

Admission :

The primary eligibility for MBBS selection is SSLC pass with 50% marks in science subjects. The second is NEET and BCECE. Once called for counseling, the students are suggested to carry all the original certificates for verification.

The academic staffs are doctors and carry wide range of experience in medical field as practitioners. They share their research papers to us so we can apply more innovative approach towards finding new methods of practice.

Remarks:

Only negative remark is that after 9 to 5 class, students get very tired to do self study that affects their performance. Positive remark is that there is a friendly environment for students and an atmosphere to study

Remarks:

In my view AIIMS PATNA is a fantastic institution with all the basic necessities and in the path of meeting the standards of a Institute of National Importance . The college management is very much Co-operative and the college runs very smoothly without any student Union. Every College has some bad things too as there are always bad with goods but in our institution at present there are no bad and the college is progressing at a a surprising speed and we are insightful to become the best Healthcare provider in the country in the near future.

Entrance Preview:

I got admission to jln medical college bhagalpur, bihar through all india quota reserved for the north eastern state of arunachal pradesh in the year 2001. The entrance examination was conducted by arunachal pradesh government and i got 7th rank in state and in my category i got 2nd rank. As the seats where reserved since arunachal has no medical colleges.

Placement Experience:

Since it is a medical college there is no custom like campus selection like in case of engineering etc. Even then we used to get opportunity to join various hospitals after completing internship as resident doctors. The packages started from rupees 20000-45000 in various parts of india. Few local hospitals, nursing homes and also corporate hospitals form metros has contacted us through various consultancy agencies.
