Sangita Pal's Review On Amjad Ali Khan College Of Business Administration, Hyderabad

Remarks :

I had pretty great moments in this lush green campus. The college life was pretty lively and I made a lot of good friends. Corporate exposure was top-notch and the assistance we received from the faculty was tremendous. I am feeling nostalgic while writing this review.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Our syllabus was prescribed by the Osmania University. We learned a lot from the curriculum. Exams were held biannually. One of the things that irked me was the 75% attendance which was mandatory for the in order to be eligible for the exams.

Placement Experience :

The college does not provide campus placements to students. College provides placements only if the companies demand. Otherwise, there are no chances of getting placements. Especially, MBA students with finance subject do not have opportunities to get placed from this college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

It is one of the most feasible programs, especially in terms of a professional program. They offered pretty great facilities at such a nominal price, especially the management assistance was truly impeccable.

Campus Life :

Numerous events like annual day, sports day, numerous awareness programs like AIDS awareness program and many management symposiums like MANAGEM are organized for the benefits of the students and society. Despite being a part of the distance program, we participated in these events at our convenience.

Admission :

My admission was on a merit basis. College prepares a merit list on the basis of past academic record; specifically the graduation marks and marks in TSI CET. Shortlisted students are invited for the counseling process, which more or less includes the document verification process.

Faculty :

Our esteemed faculty was highly qualified and supportive of us. They were very accessible and would answer our calls anytime. I pursued the International Business specialization program and our faculty had a lot of knowledge about international business and cross-border trade.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think MBA was good structure in the market. But if the students was completing MBA through this college was not worth in the market. Because they can't teach according to the latest technology. In the interviews also they are asking the latest technological questions which was not find in my MBA.

Remarks:

IBS has the reputation of one of the best B-Schools in the country, offering innovative and globally accepted programs and great opportunities for all-round development. I heard this from my college , who was a alumni of this institute and convinced me to pursue my Master?Ûªs from there. For online application, I filled the form available on the official website (www.ibshyderabad.org) followed by online application fee payment around ?â_1000. I had to submit 12th marksheet in which I scored 82%, graduation marksheet with 78% and appeared for CAT exam scoring 150 and deposited documents supprting work experience for at least 2 years. After following the process I got selected for personal interview round.

Admission:

I was called for the personal interview that was taken by team of 3 senior professors. They questioned me about current affairs and my opinion on certain issues. I was really confident in answering and able to answer all the questions. Finally I was selected!

Placement Experience:

From the 4th Semester, we are eligible for placements. As I'm the Second semester I have not attended placements, but I have attended internships a lot from the college. Avg package of college in the past few years are 5 LPA. First class students get opportunities more to get placements. By getting off from college I need to get a good placement and then wanna start a business by using the tips learnt from college.

Placement Experience:

From the third semester, regular MBA people will be able to sit in campus interview s. In the case of pgpxp students, the placenta will also generally start by the end of 3 semesters. It is 100 percent placement for the academic year 2019-20

Remarks:

Campus Life, exposure, AVG CTC. I have been in the college and I felt about various disciplines that the organisation teaches. Mentioned points are the reason for my selection of the college. It's easy then other colleges to get addmission in any one of IBS campuses but if you want IBS Hyderabad then you need to work on it.

Placement Experience:

I would say it's hard for you to get unplaced in the program though it may happen you wouldn't be getting your dream job but according to your performance you will be placed as placement cell team of IBS Hyderabad is good.
