Course Curriculum Overview :
The college has good infrastructure to provide better education. The college has organised various seminar in industrial related like AI, Robotics, Chemical and physical area also. The teacher of our department also inspire ourselves to acquire knowledge in various research related area like medical image processing, natural language processing, machine learning, etc.
Placement Experience :
As my subject is Computer Science, various IT company visited in my college. The company is Wipro, TCS, Infosys, HCL, Digimind, ICICI Bank, Pan Seeds etc. The company first take an entrance test after they take an interview and select student. In our department 15-20 student get job per year. The college organize various programs to grooming student behaviour, knowledge, speaking prower.
College Events :
The college organize program in technical, cultural and management festival. The cultural program name is "ANANDAM". The college organize a Science Fair every year, all department student participate in the science Fair. The science fair is organized to encourage student to produce innovative idea.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fees structure of our college is moderate. The payments accepted by the college online via debit card, net banking, UPI, etc. No additional fees had to paid in order to secure an admission. The college give the transparency in the fees-breakdown.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I got a scholarship from our state the scholarship name is " Swami Vivekananda merit cum means scholarship. Our college also give scholarship for student. They give scholarship for poor and intelligent student.
Campus Life :
The college campus is big and beautiful. The gender ratio is near about 3:2. The college organise annual sports every year. The college organize science fair. The college organize seminar on recent trends and technologies like AI, Robotics, Machine learning, etc.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes i opted for hostel. The hostel have 30 UG room, 5 PG room, a dinning room, a common room, a study room, 2 guest room, a gym room. The surrounding environment of the hostel is good. The hostel have a beautiful garden. In a room 3 student place.
Alumni/Alumna :
The college organize an alumni association in every year where the college seniors student and retired teachers are take place.
Admission :
I got admission in this course by clear entrance exam. I choose this course because Computer Science is a innovative subject. I choose this institute because the college is 2nd rank in West Bengal and the college infrastructure is good for education. I got admission in that college in July 2018.
Faculty :
There are 15 teacher's in my course. The average age of the teacher is near about 36 and qualifications of them is master in computer science and NET qualified and two teacher have Doctored degree. To get clarity in any topic or any subject the teacher organize seminars and brainstorming method which help us to get depth knowledge. The teacher also give seminars on industrial area and IT area.
