Review of My College

The only negative remark is the food provided from the hostel on certain days. All the other things are good and this is one of the best colleges in Karnataka. A person choosing pharm d can always consider this college as a choice.

The curriculum of Doctor of Pharmacy includes 27 theory subjects and around 20 practicals. Qualified lectures are taking classes on each subjects. Practicals are carried out in specialized labs with new and advanced equipments.

Placements are provided to B. Pharm students in various famous companies. For Pharm D, HSK hospital provided internship. It is a 1000 bedef hospital with all the facilities. Last 2 years of pharm d course is completely carried out in hospital.

Every year the college carries out sports day which lasts for three to four days. A week long cultural days will be conducted which will be ending with annual day on the last day of the week. College also celebrates days like teacher's day, pharmacist day etc

For Pharm D I'm paying a fees of Rs. 1, 15, 000 per year. Different courses and different batch have different fee structure. College also provides hostel facilities for boys and girls. The fees varied from year to year.

There is no scholarship as such provided by the college. Students avail loans from banks for such matters and college will provide all the informations and certificates needed for that. Scholarships will be provided from the state government of the student.

There is no discrimination among students in the college. The college carries out all the events by the effort of all the students from different batches. There are no dorm parties conducted in the college or hostel.

Good infrastructure. A vegetarian mess. Yearly 1800 Rupees with a 10 k caution deposit. The mess fees is 3k every month. Three members per room with proper and clean common washrooms. Has a ground for physical activities, a recreational room and a gym in progress. Separate for boys and girls.

All the alumini are in good touch with us. When the pass out we gets a the information about the scope of our course which helps us to form an idea about what to after the course. All the seniors are very helpful.

This being a Central government run college, admits students based on their scores in NEET- The medical entrance examination. I had to go through a general counselling process where we were given options to choose colleges based on our ranks.

Most of the faculties are with Ph. D. They are experienced in their respective fields which makes them very knowledgeable. All the teachers and staffs are so friendly. They take classes regularly either via presentation or orally.
