Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum was hectic indeed.You are subjected to a total of 9 hrs every day.The weekend too are not spared.Nothing is done for the improvement of the academics or the overall quality of a student.Exams are too frequent and marking is biased

Placement Experience :

Lot of companies come for campus selection. University has good contact with many companies and industries. University make sure students are getting placed during campus interview. Internship programs are made available at the syllabus and are guided by the management to opt the correct company to attend internship.

College Events :

Culturals, food fest, national conferences, international conferences, workshops, virtual reality classes, software learning sessions, language's learning, spoken english. Lot of culturals and fests conducted

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Feasible. The fee payment is made semester basis, which hepls to pay the amount easily. Bus and food are free of cost thus helps students to travel from various parts of cities to the university in the feasible fee paid

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

About 25 students per course are offered 100% scholarship according to their merit list. Many students are getting benefitted by this scholorship program. Loan facilities are also made available through their tieup branch

Campus Life :

Good laboratory facilities are made available to students on regular basis. Sports practice and events are also done for the intersted students. Sports quota students are given extra attention on sports thus they reach high level in their carrier

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumni group is much bigger in size since the university is very old. Lot of experts in field are alumni of the university. Good communication with them helps to think wider and to choose the field of work easily

Admission :

Master degree specilisation and university infrastructure. Bus access to complete city and available of food to students was one of the key factor for success of the college. Interview was conducted with the merit list and got selected.

Faculty :

Highly qualified and knowledgeable. Various staffs who are specilised in various specilisation helped me to explore in the subjects. Faculties created lots of workshops and students activities thereby the focus to the subjects were made accurate

MGR university can be considered for pg studies in architecture

Course Curriculum Overview:

A Master's in architecture with a specialization in construction project management is available only at MGR University in the state of Tamilnadu and my interest in studying project management leads me here. Had a strong faculty and students, masters courses do only have 20 seats and all the seats have been filled. Most of the faculties teaching for M.arch have either doctorates or have rich experience in the field of architecture as well as in the field of education. Cat exams were there in the gap of 1 month and can pass the exams easily.

Placement Experience:

The placement and job opportunities in this field are enormous. The jobs are available in both government and private with high salary packages. The college provides on-campus recruitment facilities. The college also provides placement training for the screening process.

how was my master journey

Admission:

Admission to the M. Arch program was on the basis of the TANCET exam, conducted by the authorities of Tamil Nadu state. I got a call for the counselling process, and after the verification of documents I was granted admission.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course structure was very helpful for me in terms of making me familiar with the ins and outs of the architectural world. The syllabus was mix of learning the importance of aesthetics and the technological advancements in the field of architecture.
