Remarks
I completed my college from Laxmi Memorial College of Nursing. The college had a quite rich environment. The teachers were also quite strict and reluctant for studies which helped us become disciplined in our line of study.
Course Curriculum Overview
The college offers B.Sc Nursing under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences as it provides the college with an affiliation for Nursing courses. The syllabus is quite hectic and covers alot of important and necessary topics and practices. The examinations are held at the end of every year and each year has 5-6 subjects of studies in each.
Placement Experience
The college provides meritorious students with many job opportunities, also to hardworking students. Teachers also help students by guiding them and getting them placed in good places. Most students were placed on an internship basis and got placed there permanently.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee charged per year for my B.Sc Nursing was around Rs- 50,000/- charged for 4yrs. So, the total fee for the college was around Rs. 2 lakhs which is quite feasible for such a course as medical courses are usually very expensive due to being a practical based course.
Campus Life
The college has awesome, well-equipped and hygienic labs for practising different nursing practices. There are also multiple workshops and guest lectures for students every year to help them stay motivate and increase their knowledge approach apart studies by getting them guided by top professionals. The college also has a good library for students to take reference books to carry on their studies.
Admission
I got exam here via my NEET-UG scorecard, after applying for this college for counselling I luckily got a seat in this college for B.Sc Nursing as I wanted to pursue my career in nursing. One has to be medically fit and have PCB in 12th for entering the college. The admission process was quite comfortable and quick here.
Faculty
The teachers of the college were amazing, kind and intellectual. The teachers always motivated is to do well in our lives and not stay limited by the syllabus and also motivated us to explore and learn more. They also kept a practical approach, which made us pretty curious and had us interested in researching.
