Course Curriculum Overview

Our institute makes sure every major and minor field of hospitality studies is not left unexplored by the students. The college offers us a platform which exposes us to all the fields- from Housekeeping to Food and beverage, we enjoy everything we learn.

Placement Experience

Our college has recruiters come and conduct a placement drive on our campus which facilitates jobs to the students. Not only from big hotels, but recruiters also from food chains like KFC, Burger King etc come to our college and recruit the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

When i took admission, the annual figure which I had to pay was approximately coming to around 1 lakh 50 thousand rupees. Fees in any hotel management institute will range up to the same figure, so it is only average and fairly priced.

Campus Life

Our college loves to celebrate and host many competitions and culinary fairs of different cuisines of the world. We also proudly celebrate the welcoming of freshers every year, popularly called as the Fresher's party. Our college also enthusiastically encourages the students to actively participate in the annual sports met conducted in our college campus.

Admission

For admission in any state institute of hotel management, the hotel management entrance exam, that is the JEE is a compulsory criteria to be eligible for admission here. I gave my entrance and they also look at the 12th grade examination marks a student has scored.

Faculty

Our teachers and professors are some of the most qualified and professional experts in their respective area of mastery. Their experience speaks a lot which enhances the way they teach and provide us with the adequate exposure not only in syllabus, but also in practical lectures.

Placement Experience:

The Placements at our college is quite impressive. The college has a dedicated placement cell that works tirelessly to ensure that each and every student should get their job. last year, our college achieved a placement percentage of over 95% , with many students, securing jobs in top Hotels and retails. The highest package that has been offered till now as 3,20,000 per annum and the average package is 2,60,000 per annum. After getting my degree, I will surely go to the Hotels and will showcase my skills and knowledges which will help me to grow as well as improve my abilities and skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty to student ratio was 1:6. There were 60 students in all and the total number of faculty was 10 for our UG course. If I include diplomas and other courses that were offered, the number of faculty was 30. They were all quite experienced as hiring teachers at IHM was tougher than hiring students.
